The overall condition of the hotel was dated and worn. It felt like a Motel 6, with a higher price tag.

The shower had mold in the ceiling.

Our stay was nice. Would consider staying again.

Breakfast was 25 a person for typical hotel food that should be complimentary, price is way too high for what your given. Parking is 9 dollars a day. We reserved a room for double beds but were shocked to see they were just barely larger then two twin beds. We assumed they would be two queen size beds since that's been our experience at every hotel we've stayed in, in the past. Furniture was very warn down, cabinet to fridge never closed would swing open constantly. Room was always hot even with windows shut and AC going . No microwave in the room. A very scary safety concern was we went down the stairs and the 2nd floor door was boarded up so u couldn't continue down the stairs. That's a fire safety concern.

A man in front me of me said he was going to call corporate office because nobody called to notify him and he had been staying at Hilton properties for over 30 years.

Lost power and no lights or plugs made it very difficult for getting ready. Wife wasn’t happy. And no compensation.

Over all a good stay! The place has a really nice view.

Room very dated but mostly clean. Bacon undercooked at breakfast.

Shower drain didn't work well, no ventilation in bathroom. Bed was clean, pool was nice and had shade in afternoon. Breakfast buffet was decent but overpriced

Advertise Pool, when irriving pool out of order

The hotel was VERY out dated. Old nasty carpets. Had a weird smell. Felt secluded from entertainment.

The only downside would have been that the pool was not up and running or functional. My daughter was looking forward to swimming.

The breakfast was overpriced, and the lake view room fell short of expectations in terms of upkeep. The TV console drawers were loose and wouldn’t stay closed, the full-size mirror was broken and had been removed without replacement, the lakeside windows were foggy, and the accent chair was missing its ottoman.

The location is beautiful but that’s it. First my room had leaks in all corners of the room, the toliet was clogged, and the shower wouldn’t work. The bed had no fitted sheet. The wifi wouldn’t work and the tea I drank was 13 years past its expiration date. I also was charged 2x more than the booking.com price.

The photos on hotels.com are AI photos and the rooms look nothing like what is posted. The lobby is very nice but once you exit the elevator onto your floor, the smell of must/mold is very strong. After entering our room, we found a pair of dirty socks on the floor. The AC didn’t work in “lake view room” so we were moved to a different room and the AC was bad in that room also. There was a bug trap next to our toilet, which tells me there is a bug issues. The hotel is very outdated and not what you’d except out of a Hilton. Much better options in that area

Rooms were dirty pool was out of service room smelt like sewer had water leaking in through the window.

We enjoyed it but the ac was not working good . It was warm at night
