The rooms need updating. There was no water for the coffee maker. It was just Ok. The bartender and the front desk employees were the best thing about the hotel.

It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food at Opus was great. The only thing that was annoying were the doors to the rooms were not soft closing so heard alot of banging shut. We had an awesome balcony that overlooked the harbor. It was a rainy day but nice to be able to sit out there.

We had a blast as usual we go there every year we love staying here. they have a great breakfast love looking at the bay at all of the big boats the swimming pool is awesome. The staff is always very helpful and very kind.

Pool was wonderful. Clean rooms. Carpet was dated but well worth the pricing.

Elevators were broken when we stayed. Room was nice and the pool is great

Hotel is not adequately maintained. Basic maintenance needs are being ignored. We had to change rooms due to HVAC issues, non functioning electric outlets in bathroom, and damp carpet. Rooms seemed clean, although the tile floors were sticky on bare feet … put large towels down to avoid walking on them. Only ONE elevator was working for the hotel and according to other reviews, this has been the case for several weeks. Employee burnout and indifference is obvious. In my opinion this property’s remaining highlights are the location and the pool. Won’t stay here again.

Loved the pool environment

The hotel was very nice, the only complaint that I have is the rooms do not get cold. The coolest it would get in there was around 74.

The pool was great but they charged me wrong at the pool bar. Also, the hotel room was fairly clean but there was chips on the ground when we walked in. Only one elevator was working. Lastly, the AC unit kept making a really loud banging noise every time it came on so it woke me up every 30 minutes. Got pretty much zero sleep

The low ratings are for all bedrooms (except one) having bunk beds instead of separate beds. Although kids enjoyed this setup, several adults especially older adults had a hard time getting into and out of bed. Also, the freezer door was jammed, I contacted the host and was promptly told someone would reach out but that never happened. We were forced to keep our frozen items in coolers throughout our trip. Overall, the place was fine. Nothing preventing us from staying here again in the future.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean room, close to quite a few places to eat and do things. Only wish we had a microwave in the room. All in all,

The room was a little disappointing. It seemed to be not as well taken care of as the lobby and pool. We did enjoy our stay though!

2 things about this hotel that would keep me from staying there again. First, the elevator situation is terrible. With only 1 elevator, guests were forced to use the single service elevator. I had to make it difficult for the staff to do their jobs, when the elevator they need it full of guests. And secondly, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in, in recent memory. It was long past its life. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep well.

Everything was fine and great customer service.

Again, they ladies were top notch, but I presumed maybe a complementary drink at the bar while we waited or a comped room service drink order once we checked in...and they did ask, but were told no because we were technically early. But, it was over an hour after check in time when we received the call the room was ready. Im not asking for a refund or complaining about the actual stay but, it ruined the moment persay and we felt ...outside of the front desk employees... we were not compensated even with something small...to reconcile the inconvenience. Other equally nice hotels would have offered something to show gratitude. We didn't make a scene and would go back...but I believe the customer service was lacking in that area. Thank you.
