My kids likes the breakfast. The pancakes were good. The bed was uncomfortable. Thatd be the only complaint id have.

Rooms are clean, the area can be very loud, and parking can be difficult.

The staff was amazing. And the room was clean. The beds were a little too firm. And the pillows were too soft.

Nice distance from Lucas stadium, but $25 to park and you have to walk a block from the parking garage. Also a very loud area, especially during events. We learned that the saxophone player only plays four songs, over and over. Most people will walk by and only catch one or two songs. It never dawned on me that he would only play a handful on repeat lol. Bed was too hard for my taste. All that said, it was clean and smelled great. I’d stay there again if I was going to an event at the stadium, but wouldn’t seek it out if I was in town for any other reason.

The issue wasn't with them. Their clerk Lisa was fantastic. The issue was that there was no record of my reservation. I got charged about $25 for trip protection. Fortunately, I had opted to pay in person, so I didn't get charged for a room I didn't get to use. Lisa felt bad for me and went out of her way to find us a different hotel, since they had no rooms left. I suspect the problem was more with Hotels.com than Holiday Inn. Lisa did everything she possibly could to try to find my reservation, and I do appreciate her!

Room was clean and even though our room was across from the pool area we didnt hear a thing in our room the whole time.

There were no issues with the actual hotel room but trying to figure out where to park was very confusing because it’s close to the holiday inn so that’s where I tried to check in haha but once I got to the right place and got the parking pass, I was able to pull into the garage no problem

I wanted a place that was within walking distance of Gainbridge Fieldhouse that wasn't too expensive. Nice. Now, if I want to go to a Colts game this Holiday Inn Express is just across the street. The night clerk (I forgot his name but I want to say Dante) was very helpful and gave me nice recommendations for a good burger place. I would stay there again.
