Also one person(not sure if a quest-was begging fund in the hallways. Also quests are allowed to sit on the sidewalks outside front of building. Hallways needs vacuuming. Elevator floors needs cleaning.I will not stay here again .

- cleanliness - the carpets had significant stains. The fan is the bathroom was rusted with significant dust accumulated on it. - maintenance - the ceiling had been patched and primed but not finished and some of the popcorn ceiling was falling off. The shower faucet had a significant gap where water could get behind the wall or tile. - safety - the side door that is supposed to be locked had the entire locking mechanism was missing and people could go in and out with no key. I have picture to share if you care to see it. Very disappointing to bring my wife to this hotel. You would not want your spouse, parents or kids to stay here.

Bad and Bad Nothing

The property was located at a very convenient location and had free parking. The property had people or guest in the back side area by one of the doors smoking and once we entered the property smelled like weed as well as the lobby it had a strange smell.

If it weren’t for the wonderful staff, I would have left and asked for my money back!
-
Clean room, left at 3:45am so didn’t have breakfast, staff helpful

I love how cold the ac gets. I love how nice the people are The vending machines didn’t work. Also $4 chips that I never got. The beds were broken.

We needed a place to stop overnight on our drive from Orlando to Indiana. It was economical and easy to get into. The property is viably old. The bed was cheap and rickety. The place looked clean but the floors of the rooms were very dirty.

Struggling on the maintenance front. New beds but wobbles lol.

It seems they are still renovating, so imperfections can be overlooked. The room was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. A nice, though unimpressive, view. Comfy bed!! Yea!! I absolutely LOVED that the bathroom sink was RECYCLED material. As I was there for one night, I didn't get any kitchen items... It would have been nice to have a coffee cup or bowl, as my travel mug is metal and the little plastic cups would melt in the microwave. Maybe have a mini-pak of 2 or 3 items one can borrow for a very short stay- like 1-3 days. (??) Also, the "breakfast" was the same lame Carb-fest as everyone else. Any chance you could spring for some hard-boiled eggs? Or even some yogurt?? So glad you have a seat in the handicap access bathroom- improved would include the shower hose- certain areas hard to reach with regular showerhead.

The only thing I would suggest is to have more than one chair in the room, but that's about it.

Great location. Quiet. Clean.
-
No chair to sit in room

Great
-
There were bugs in the room.

It had a bed and potential cooking aparatus. It smelled like marijuana often. There were loads of people staying there that weren't tourists or traveling business people. Worse, some children staying there set off a fire alarm at about 3:00 am by smoking in a room. Marijuana?
