Everything of this hotel was perfect location, staff,24 hours pool yes 24 hours..super clean hotel..breakfast was amazing Every single day and I was there for 10 days...

To musty smelling in rooms, carpet is old, no microwave in room and noisy in front room. Its by the jRollercoaster 🎢 😳

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bed covers had visible stains. We also found both roaches and ants in our room, which made the stay uncomfortable and concerning. Although the staff tried to assist us, the service was not as helpful as expected. We were moved to another room, but the television and microwave were not working there either. Additionally, housekeeping did not clean our room at any point during our stay. The breakfast options were very limited and lacked variety. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic cleanliness and service expectations, and the experience was far below what I anticipated.

Staff was extremely nice and made check in/out easy, our room was clean, grandson loved the waffles, breakfast was hot and fresh, the pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Close to anything needed while in town, just minutes from Disney. Yes, you can nitpick or find things to post negative about as with anything you cant please all the people all the time. I will be returning for all of our future Orlando visits. Met a guest in the elevator who has been a returning guest for several years.

Excellent experience! Beautiful hotel with updated spacious rooms and In a great location lots of restaurants nearby and walkingdistanceto old town amusement park! We went as a couple and had an amazing wonderful stay. We will not hesitate to book this hotel for our next weekend getaway

The swimming pool is open 24 hours. The parking is $10. Check-in and out is fast. There is a moist smell when we first enter the room, but after the AC is on, it is ok. It looks like the previous guests sat on the sofa when their clothes were wet,

The room was spacious and there was a small divide between the king size bed and the pull out couch. The bed was comfortable. The bugs that infested my purse, our luggage, the furniture, and the bed were definitely a problem. We also had to have maintenance come fix the ceiling fan that was non operational when we got there.

Strong mildew smell throughout the 5th floor and inside the room. Found multiple cockroaches during my stay. The experience was bad, that I checked out early and drove home rather than spend another night there. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. Close to Old Town and walking distance to restaurants and entertainment.

Everything was good except for the having to pay for parking and the dryer and washer other than that everything was good
