Motel 6 Kissimmee, FL - Orlando

Both ladies that I interacted with these last 3 days were very accommodating, sweet and respectful. I appreciated it because we had to switch rooms due to ac not working and roach issues.

Thank you to the front end staff for the amazing fast check in and amazing service you all do shout out to the amazing team. Ashley and the lovable Marryann and can't forget Ryan of course you guys make this hotel 5 star hands down drop the mic.

For every stay I always like to give a shout out to outstanding front end staff for clean rooms and fast and friendly check in. Marryann and Ryan you guys are rock stars also Ashley for always keeping it safe and always giving it your all. Also can't forget Ivy for her amazing professional can do attitude if she can.

Super clean rooms super amazing staff and always 100% professional front end to the housekeepers. Shout out to Marryann and Ryan and IVY and of course Ashley great job you all have made loyal motel 6 guest for life.

This motel stay was the worst experience ever😢 I am very grateful I am a local that just needed a couple nights. I would have been VERY UPSETif I had booked this property for a Florida vacation. The A/C in the room didn't work...no maintenance available...the ice machine didn't work and the pool was locked up ..no maintenance available. The front desk there were absolutely no rooms available for us to change to ...

Upon arrival we ended up making the decision not to stay and to book elsewhere last minute. This decision was due to the condition of the non-smoking room we were given smelling strongly of marijuana and them not having towels. In addition, the front desk staff were not very friendly and overall due to things going on outside I did not feel safe here.

This is a Motel 6... Let's start with that. It's cheap and allows pets to stay free. The gentleman who checked us in was amazing. He even helped me switch rooms because of an error on my part when booking online. However, the lady who was on at night was rude, dismissive and honestly too busy talking to her friends outside to come in and assist us when we came for a couple towels. Also, she saw my husband taking out our trash and going to the ice machine and assumes he was going to put ice in the dirty trash can... She started pounding on her window and pointed a finger. She didn't even have the professionalism to say something to him. But ok... This is a Motel 6. So overall I give it 4 stars for what it is .. but her customer service sucks.

Had a great time room was big able to walk to old town

The beds were clean and comfortable. The shower was good and warm. Location good. No refrigerator, no coffee, the floors so dirty turned our feet black. Sink was broken

There was mold in the first room that I was in and there also was no amenities in the room there was no fridge or microwave along with there being huge dead cockroaches outside my door and my door also didn’t properly lock

Basic but clean and cheap definitely a good place to stay

it was clean and staff was friendly was not given the size of room i booked. i booked a Quadruple room got a double and they said they had no Quadruple rooms. Door would not lock properly.

I am handicap and I asked for an ADA room and they gave me a room that was not ADA. I reserve two rooms one for myself and one for my guest. Their room was 212 and when we got there at 10 o’clock at night 1020 around there their room was not ready to inhabit. The beds were not made. There was a master room was not cleaned, but yet they gave it to us anyways my ADA room was not it was ADA, but it wasn’t what a welcome shower it was with a bathtub was not able to shower. The beds were too low for me and having one leg and no one to help get up from the low bed in an ADA room was not ideal…!!
