My air conditioner was not working well and room was hot. Joe, the maintenance manager, was wonderful. He got it running well and carefully explained how to use the controls. He was friendly and professional and a real asset to your business.

Room was nice and equipped with everything! room smelled great and clean. Hallways were clean and front desk workers were very nice and greet us with a smile. I think they should have some type of free breakfast, at least a juice machine and a quick bite. That would be a bonus

Overall ok. Very convenient to stay if you or a family member are in or having a procedure at Saint Joseph Main hospital. Literally across the street. Room was fairly clean. Cup holders in the chair were nasty was only complaint on cleanliness. Paper thin walls. TV kept turning all all through the night for some odd reason. The air ceiling vent in bathroom needs fixed as it rattled all night probably from wind in the exhaust system. Overall good. Would stay again just for the convenience next to the hospital

Comfortable beds. Clean all around. Room set up was very nice Very low water pressure. Some small repairs needed in room. Such as calking in tub coming off and bathroom faucet was very lose.

Location to UK Small parking lot with too many reserved Diamond elite spots. 2 people staying in a room for 5 days and there were 3 towels in the room. There is no room service so you have to go get more towels.
