Close to the rupp arena close to restaurant It didn’t have a pool

The decor and tea and coffee bar and breakfast. Being so close to the firehouse so lots of sirens.

Very clean I had a late check in and when we got our bags to head to the room the elevator took so long that we had to walk back to the entrance we use to take 4 flights of stairs. I had just driven 5 and a half hours and was tired and now I have to walk upstairs. The next day the elevator was working just fine so I’m not sure what happened that night.

The location was amazing! Price was even better! And cleanliness and overall experience was unforgettable.

We were pleasantly surprised by how well maintained it was considering how reasonable the room rate was. The staff was courteous and helpful, the property itself was beautiful and immaculate, and the bathroom was so roomy! I also have to mention the shower head and the water pressure, both were outstanding, Breakfast was mediocre, the juice machine wasn't working but that was the only down side to our stay here.

Vibrant colors and decor throughout the hotel. Loads of comfortable seating, tables and games for guest to enjoy. Rooms were bright colored , spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable . Spacious bathroom. Breakfast was good. My kids raved about the pancake maker. All in all it was enjoyable stay. Hotels.com made it extremely easy for me to reserve and pay for our room.

The food that I was able to eat at breakfast was good but I was very sad to see the yogurt did not work. There was no indication that the machine was empty or not working so it was disappointing to see it not working and nothing being offered instead.
