Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lincoln NE

If you don't mind trying to find solid pavement to walk around sevel holes, and you do not mind the pounding sound outside the hotel, if you don't mind scraped doors, and baseboard holes along bottom of wall, and if you don't mind having to get front desk x3 to get room key and then wait for lock to be changed...then hurry on over. Not again will I use Baymont by Wyndom. I would like acolades for the night front dest staff..Matt.

This property was close to where we were going. I don’t have anything really that I didn’t like.

Checked in late, some of the lights outside were not working, making it feel unsafe to get the door when parking. The hotel was clean but in desperate need of updating (lament floors in hotel room were cracked/separating, smoke detector was disconnected in our room and laying on top of a the closet rack), continental breakfast was not stocked, had to ask for numerous utensils and napkins. The public bathroom was locked, and my room key stopped working so I could not wash my hands and staff directed me to use the pantry which was cluttered. Overall, it was not what I would expect from a property with the Baymont/Wyndham name.

The staff was great and helpful. The room was clean but the bathroom needs updating. The breakfast was Okay. One of the cereal dispensers was broken and there was no staff around to fix it.

The bfreakfast was the biggest diappointment. The pictures of the qwebsite are not what it is. There was minimal items out which resulted in guest behind us had no breakfast. I think people understand contenintal breakfast but not no breakfast.

Right behind an Applebee’s! Pretend it’s date night if you get there be fore closing. Lobby was super clean! Easy to get a hold of the front desk anytime. Comfy beds and great water pressure!

Look abandoned, tall weeds, no yard care at all, most windows are fogged over need windows replaced. Room smelled disgusting had to open window for hours. Cups not wrapped in plastic, no shampoo or soup in the shower, flooring coming apart, The corporate needs to shut this place down till they do a full remodel. This was like a complete different company like a 30 year old ratty motel 6. Very disgusting. They should send me a full refund for the 1 night stay for the 2 rooms, wouldn't have stayed but we were moving across country and got in at 12:30 am

The property looked abandoned.. and they charged a room deposit which I think the way the hotel looked they should have never charged a deposit I didn’t like the fact that I seen roaches in the room

Manager was super friendly and the room was very clean.

No staff at the front desk. Breakfast left much to be desired. Room had toilet paper pieces on floor upon arrival & lamp didn’t work. Outside of property was run down and dirty.

Property needs a little attention. First impressions are important. Breakfast was subpar. Maybe rethink brand of coffee pay attention to the small things. Love the access to the ice. Cleaning staff very friendly. Room was very clean.
