The carpet and furniture are dirty the plumbing needs repair showed leaked

breakfast was a disappoint ment, runny gravy, also the fitted bottom sheet on the king sized bed was way to small, kept coming off the corners.

The room was clean the showerhead pencil marks for where they marked off to mount the soap dispensers so obviously shower has not been cleaned very well because I rubbed the pencil marks off with my finger. The rest of the room seemed clean. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. The gym was an absolute shambles. Every piece of equipment was broke tour. Something was wrong with it. The pool was in working order. The hot tub outside was cracked broke drained look like a disaster. Breakfast seem to run out often and had to tell the staff about missing stuff. At the end of the day, I asked for a receipt front desk person said they didn’t have printer ink. This was a business type of deal and I needed a hardcopy receipt which I had to print on my own elsewhere. The front lobby must’ve had an air conditioner problem. They had a portable sticking out of the front window of the lobby.

The staff were top notch and very helpful. All staff were kind and attentive. Breakfast included a variety of foods. Our room smelled of mildew and was very stuffy/smelly.

Room was clean and ready to go.

Decent one night stay hotel.

Breakfast was lackluster and most items were empty by 8:30am. Otherwise, the room was fine. Good water pressure in the shower and the room was clean.

So nice to have a wonderful restaurant connected to the hotel and not have to leave the property. The staff was great. It could use a little sprucing up but seemed to be well maintained. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The one negative was the amount of cigarette butts at the entrance - alot! Good value.

When we checked we asked if they thought we were going to pay full price. The staff was very friendly and polite. But because we choose the third-party app, it was extremely hard to get a refund. In fact, we could not get a refund and have to go through Expedia to get a refund which is still an have been unable to do.. Hotels are horrible. I would never stay there again and I’ll never use Expedia. They jacked up the price and I’m having a hard time getting a refund if I could lower than one store I would.

The bed was very hard. It is a 2 star hotel, not a 3 star. Air conditioning didn't turn off.

And no meat at all?

Room was clean, breakfast was quick and easy to take along. Front desk help was great help checking in.

The Location was great in a nice quite area and all the staff are very friendly.

Overall stay was good. I was to stay 2 nights but cancelled the second night earlier in the week so was to stay one night. We got there and the guy I talked to to cancel my second night cancelled the whole reservation, but Mike at the desk helped out and got us a room! Breakfast was great!

People above me keep us awake all night needs a lot of updates the beds are very nasty

The on-site restaurant, Villa Amore, was fabulous!

I always stay at this hotel. They are always good to me. I have an emotional support animal that they never charge me for. It’s nice to stay there and visit because I get to see my grandkids who are in Lincoln and they have a pool that is fabulous and my grandkids love however it was pretty warm in there this weekend. I’m not sure what was going on with the air-conditioning and I didn’t like that, I couldn’t turn my thermostat down or put it on high and make it cooler so it was a little bit of a rough night for sleep due to being hot. Other than that I will always continue to return to this hotel. Literally my favorite hotel in Lincoln. I forget to mention they also have a good breakfast.

Staff at restaurant were dismissive and seemed not to care but the front desk staff werr friendly and seemed to care about the gueat. Stauns on carpet and chair.

Floors pretty dirty but mostly clean otherwise. Found a cockroach.
