Everything was smooth at check in. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were all clean and fresh. We traveled in a group and everyone had the same room experience.

Nothing. I reserved a king room along with a sofa bed for my young child. I inspected the room as soon as we got in there and found there to be what I believed was the remains of a bed bug after they’re full and release a black liquid which is old blood. The Mattress had black specks all over the bottom. I didn’t photograph, I just told them about it and left as I wanted my family and stuff out of there because I can’t afford to take home bed bugs. I called booking twice about the refund and ended up being told to call the hotel. The manager instantly started throwing a fit at me whenever I told her the issue after I waited 48 hours as told by the booking.com twice. So I don’t have a refund and still had to fish out money for another room that night.

Everyone was friendly. The room was spacious, clean and smelled good. The pool and hot tub were fun as well. Breakfast every morning was wonderful also. The dispensers in the shower. I have severe arthritis and had a hard time squeezing them to get shampoo out.
