Comfort Suites Lincoln North

This location was clean and the staff was friendly. We had no issues with our visit. We plan to make it a regular destination when we visit Lincoln. Excellent access to everything you need during your stay.

This place is a joke. Everything was terribly dirty, the bathroom had water leaking from a bubble in the ceiling, the pull out couch was disgusting, it looked like nothing had been wiped down in years. There were marks all over the floors and carpert. The TV was also tiny compared to the room size. The swimming pool had so many chemicals we had to leave the room because all of our eyes were burning. All of the staff was rude and put out by having to help. The AC unit did work but it leaked water all over the carpet, so the floor was also all wet. The lamp was also missing a light bulb. They are working on remodeling, but my room was not one of them. I overhead another guest at the front desk complaining about a remodeled room and a faucet not working. I would never stay here again. Please don't waste your money on this dump.

Breakfast was very good! The property location was quiet. Major updates are needed in the hotel itself.

The room had lots of dings and dents that could’ve been touched up. The mini fridge would not stay on you always had to press the button inside. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud where you couldn’t keep it on it’s so loud. We were on the first floor and they were doing renovations on the second floor and the workers kids were running up and down the hallways on the 2nd floor. No one was the front desk to talk to them about it. We asked the kids nicely to stop but they did not speak English. Overall okay place but not for the price of almost $200 for 1 night.

Average basic lower budget hotel.

The breakfast was great, the beds were very good. The pool was cold and the hot tub looked like a bubble bath. Over all I would stay there again.

Our room definitely needed a deep cleaning. There was dirt and remodeling debris in the corners of the room that had been there a long time. A junction box cover was missing on the bedroom. The mail floor carpet was very muddy from workers.

Everything was good over all but my one complaint would be the bathroom in my room. The faucet was not connected to the vanity top, it was literally hanging down in the sink bowl. They had no other rooms they could move us to so we made due.

It's a good spread. My car is not at the hotel. It is very convenient to walk to many of the restaurants.

Was given a room that appeared to be occupied, was informed that the housekeepers filled out paperwork that the room was cleaned. I was however given another room but, with the constant noises of renovation and the initial experience….i was very uneasy and didn’t enjoy my 4 day stay within this establishment. I had traveled 13 hours from Texas to attend my daughter’s college graduation, reserved my suite a week in advance so therefore, I wasn’t at all pleased with this experience. In fairness, my previous stay last year was awesome. Maybe new management or renovations is the cause of the issues there.

The room was not clean when we arrived. Trash, dirty towels, unmade bed. Waited 30+ minutes to get into same room, now clean. We ended up with a leaking ceiling after showering, the water was leaking out of the light in the bathroom and eventually the light actually fell down and was just hanging 2 feet below. We informed front desk, let them know we were checking out that day so we would work around it. Maintenance LET THEMSELVES IN without knocking before we were even dressed for the day, way before checkout time, they could not speak English. Shoved a phone at me and a person said they wanted to look at the bathroom. I let them in to look at the light and they just stayed, to fix it. No communication. Stood on the toilet & the bathroom counter, spilled water from the light fixture all over the counter, our toothbrushes & my makeup bag. Left dirty, muddy footprints on toilet, did not clean up. We awkwardly waited in our room for 30 minutes with not so much as a word from any of them. We have 4 children and honestly I just did not even feel safe in this situation. Manager refused to refund us. Absolutely will not stay here again.

Door to room didn't lock. You could just push the door open. Didnt need a key. Bathroom door didn't shut. Turned shower on and water came out of wall and would not shut off. Mentioned to front desk, and the response was OH, sorry bout that.

This hotel is old and worn out. It should be torn down or completely renovated.

Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Will definitely book with them again.

The hotel is falling apart.. paint peeling off the walls . The shower faucet was coming out the wall . The chair fabric was peeling off. The hot tub was dirty.

Pool was not maintained well, pool and hot tub water was green
