Wingate by Wyndham Little Rock

I called the hotel multiple times before booking to confirm how a 3:00 AM arrival would be handled and was told it would count as a single-night stay. After arriving, I was given different information and told I would need to pay additional charges to remain through the expected checkout date. The most concerning issue occurred when hotel staff entered my room unexpectedly while I was inside. This was a major privacy concern and significantly impacted my stay. I attempted to resolve the matter through the hotel, Wyndham Corporate, and Expedia. Unfortunately, I received inconsistent explanations and no satisfactory resolution. The biggest problem was not the initial mistake but the way the complaint was handled afterward. I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that accountability was lacking. I would recommend future guests confirm all arrival and billing details in writing before booking.

There was brown stuff on the wall right outside the bathroom, the room was dusty and ants were on the nightstand, the tv didn’t work…..overall they don’t require a deposit so if you’re in a bind it’s a good choice but don’t expect greatness

Pool should have been open by Memorial Day.

It was clean & the location was great! It’s in the middle of restaurants & shopping stores. My husband liked the complimentary breakfast bar, but I didn’t because the pancake machine was out of order. Cracker Barrel is right up the street & saved my morning. Overall I give it a 4.8/5 ⭐️

Room was clean, water pressure is excellent. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and available until 9am.

I was put in a wrong room at first then when I go a different room the shower head was loose and spraying all on the wall and ceiling. Then in the middle of my stay my TV cut off and never came back on. The front desk guy did try to help with that but was unsuccessful. I was supposed to get a call from management but haven't received one yet that was on 5-22 and 23 of May this year

The room was neat/clean, the bed was comfortable, (didn't use the pillows since I brought my own), the shower was great and the breakfast was adequate for instance they had egg, ham, cheese omelettes, biscuits, sausage, gravy and coffee. I would've appreciated better lighting in the parking lot as well as better lighting in the room and the air conditioning unit was not adjustable. It was set in the "on" position which actually switched on and off occasionally whenever the room reached a certain temperature, I guess. Anyway, it was so cold that I had to use the ironing board to divert the blowing air in a different direction. But, all in all, it was a nice stay and I would stay there again. It's within 1/4 to 1/2 a mile from Baptist Health, which is where I was visiting each day of my stay. I could've easily walked to and from the hospital, but I wanted my car readily available at all times.

Breakfast was good. Room was very spacious and clean. Very convenient location. The room gives away the age of the building - it is very old.

My room was clean and comfortable. What made my stay exceptional was the staff. I was in town due to my sons hospital stay. Staff was very caring and was very willing to accommodate changes during my stay.
