Great location and loved the balcony looking over the city Maybe the construction but I couldn’t here in my room so it wasn’t bad at all

It was very clean and welcoming and a very nice atmosphere. I didn’t feel like anything was terribly overpriced for it was convenient. I have no complaints

The room was basic with no character, the safe didn't work and the air conditioner was really loud. The staff was nice though.

We stayed prior to our cruise the next day. Staff very helpful and the transport to the cruise ship was seamless!

Rachel at the front desk was wonderful called to check for early check in and she worked her magic and prioritized a room for us customer service extraordinaire! 5++stars

staff was great including cleaning personel, nice people the next room were smoking marihuana all nigth and morning.

Staff were sweet & amazing to begin with! Our 3rd day there we arrived at the hotel in our wedding attire. The staff noticed we got married & prepared the sweetest congratulations bag for us with champagne glasses & complimentary drink at the bar & other small items! We really enjoyed the gift as well as our stay at the hotel! Clean spacious nice rooms, sweet staff. We had a great visit, Thank you Aloft

Nice staff and very dog friendly, which we greatly appreciated. Room was clean and adequate. No frills but no complaints either. Would go again. The breakfast is not that convenient or great. But the coffee is good.
