The check with the front desk customer service was friendly and welcoming. The manger was amazing. The security guard which was a young man on the 1sr shift was also very friendly like a concierge. Very informative. He told us where to go & how to get there. The room was stocked with snacks and water the was the best added touch. I also appreciated and enjoyed the driver who took us to the port to catch our cruise was also very polite and friendly and professional. Best stay at at hotel in a long time. I was not aware that breakfast was over by 10:00 am so we missed breakfast.

Room was clean. Free breakfast buffet was decent. Check in was long. Could have had more people at front desk.

Good location The A/C sucked! We were sweating at night. Place wasn’t super clean. We paid $450 a night for a suite and it was crammed for 5 people. Beds were horrible and pillows were thin as paper. Wouldn’t ever go to again.

This hotel is close to everything. Restaurants, cruise terminal, airport. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will use this hotel again when visiting Miami.
