absolutely everything, the staff, the pool, the living room, the breakfast and menu options, the cocktails, love this hotel chain, just hope they don't change their mojo after being acquired by Marriot

Location is amazing, but rooms weren’t clean, air vents are extremely loud which makes it hard to sleep

Excellent location, great price for the area, facilities were pretty nice as well. The door to my room was hard to open. The staff weren’t especially helpful or friendly. Walls were paper-thin, I could hear everything going on outside of my room.

Hotel room is very very very small especially for two people. The bed was next to the window, so someone had to crawl over the other, but they had to get up in the middle of the night. We kept asking for face towels, many times until they finally understood that we wanted a face towel no glasses in the room to drink water we had to go to the second floor to get glasses to drink water. They should be in the room. Neither one of us will ever stay there again. The above

Very modern and centrally located hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very nice and quaint and the rates were very reasonable. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit to Miami!

- 20th-floor rooftop pool with lounging areas and a bar - third-floor lounge chairs, tables and meeting rooms and - the well appointed, spacious second-floor lounge for working, outdoor seating, and a full-featured bar with food and amenities The design of the hotel is brilliant. You really don't need to stay in your room to watch TV or to work. Once we understood the overall design, we were so pleased that we selected the Citizen M for vacation time in June 2026. And for the record, the hotel and its rooms were immaculate, with professional, responsive staff. We have nothing negative to say about Citizen M.

Friendly staff

The location is excellent, within walking distance of restaurants and Brickell City Centre. Everything was easy to access. Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. I would definitely stay here again!
