Location and staff are impeccable a bit noisy.

Deterioration of wallpapers water shortage in the toilet no detergent on laundry

Had ti change room bc the drains were clogged, toilet would not flush, room was lol, dry wall peeling. Not the first time either, additionally, there was women’s panties left in dryer. Bathrooms don’t have mats, shortage of towels. This used to be a nice hotel.

Unfortunately, someone from staff went into my garment bag and removed a $300 shirt of mine. After an "investigation" they did not find the shirt or find anyone at fault. The front desk person was not helpful at all during this process and they offered to waive the amenity fee of $50...not sure if I will stay there again. Was not a good experience.

Location Rooms are run down, were not properly cleaned, tv remote didnt work

Room was not very clean. Table had eye lash hairs, water marks from drink cups so hasn’t been wiped. Green couch had obvious dirt and needed a vacuum. Bed was clean. Side table had makeup residue. Bathroom light switch had makeup on wall. Walls were scuffed and dingy
