Element by Marriott Miami Brickell

This hotel is centrally located in Brickell, with walking distance to Brickell city center, a Publix, and a roof top bar for a little night cap. The staff was really friendly. Pool views are amazing, and the free continental breakfast with fresh made foods were delicious. 10 out of 10!

Great staffs, amenities and a connection with public transportations. Restaurants and supermarkets within two blocks. A variety breakfast is serving daily. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The room service kept the rooms clean daily. The view was awesome. The kitchen amenities, good. The rooms were very quiet and private. Bathroom was perhaps a lil bit small. Breakfast a great variety. I was impressed with the quality of service.

Exceptional

The location was an easy walk to some restaurants that we liked and was a fast drive to the port. We felt the beds were a little soft and we didn’t care for the pillows. Breakfast was limited and we didn’t like it that much. we also weren’t not aware that there was a $37 resort fee.

The done-to-order breakfast option was very limited but otherwise satisfactory. Staff should warn guests who may be affected by the noise nuisance from the train.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. Housekeeping was thorough and cleaned the rooms good. The hotel provides value for money.

Great location, right in front of brickell center. The property was clean, the staff were attentive and helpful. Good selection for buffet too.

Staff were very accommodating. Bell man saw I left my purse and returned it to my room. Food at The AC Lounge was very good. Also bartenders were very friendly. Loved the location Elements’s room are very spacious and are great for an extended stay.

I book this hotel and while I was on my way to Miami got cancelled last minute. this is not a reliable booking system.

the price of the snacks on location.

El personal de recepción en servicio es promedio, excepto por Fernanda que si superó nuestras expectativas resolviendo algunos inconvenientes. El aire acondicionado hace demasiado ruido, no considero que sea apto para poder dormir bien, la habitación es bonita pero por este factor, dudaría en regresar a hospedarme en el hotel.

The room was clean. Housekeeping showed up. Staff was friendly…except at the A/C bar… but at the Element it was very nice.
