Filthy dirty!!!! Would never recommend. For $194 a night, NO! They wanted to charge $13.08 for 2 Smart waters. No! Hallways had food all over the carpet, our night stand had ketchup smeared all over, just gross.

Room was great for one night, great location near airport, staff very friendly and respectful, good breakfast to start the day!

The sound proof room is just a flat out lie in room 425 we could have just slept with the window open.

Room was very comfortable with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. I even liked the pillows. The laundry facilities were very clean and worked well. The breakfast was also good -the coffee was not very good.

The staff was helpful breakfast was good. Location was good for me. Cleaning was good also. They were very accommodating to my family when we arrived early from our cruise. Need better mattress way to soft. Pillows could be just a little bit firmer.

Our room was thankfully ready early after disembarking from our cruise. From the lobby to the room it was clean, comfortable, elevator security and breakfast and shuttle the next morning we're great, thank you.

Efficient staff. Breakfast was good; everything was fresh. Good service for shuttles from airport and to the cruise port.

Location is good The management of this hotel needs to be fired very very stupid for the simplest of things the television system is set up parallel to the bed so very difficult to access the signal for the television unless you sleep across on the bed

Had a short but great stay here. The free airport shuttle was super helpful, we used it both ways and it saved us some money. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really good. Would stay here again!

Did not have breakfast. My room, It smell like urine, couch of smelly and floor in room was filthy.
