Room was very spacious! Nice pool area. Incredible front desk staff! Awesome bartenders! Nice selection of breakfast food. Close to bus line so it was cheap and easy to get around. Definitely would stay again!

Clean and spacious room. Very close to Miami Airport. Helpful staff.

Stains on carpet. Dark stains on couches. Dirty sheets. Couldn’t use the sofa bed- huge brown stain on it. We arrived late in the evening and only needed one night so didn’t complain to management. Hotel pictures are extremely deceiving. Elevators were gross with crushed cereal and wetness in them. Staff at front desk was nice but other than that, I would never recommend staying here

I had to give this hotel 10/10!! We arrived later than expected as our flight was delayed. Now I am not sure if it is because it was a Wednesday or not but on the outside, the building looks a little worn, but the inside!!!! Wow! The main floor is beautiful, clean and smelled fresh! Our concierge was very nice, check in was a breeze, nice pool and large, clean room with updates! I was worried being so close to the airport that it would be too loud in our rooms, but we barely noticed it. Pool was great for our one night stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nothing The receptionist was rude. Did not stay because of all the additional charges. Was not worth it!!

Exceptional

Room dresser was broken. TV was broken. Food service from the hotel was horrible. Might as well bought bread and lunch meat from a grocery store. Cesar salad had no dressing.

Chris was very helpful ! Super friendly ! We lost our suitcase key! He promptly helped us ! Thanks a lot Chris ! 🙏🙏

Everything was just perfect really

From the house I could follow you. It looks like a complete dump on the outside and I literally thought I pulled up the wrong hotel but then once I get inside, it was gorgeous and updated and very nice.

5 stars. The blinds in the rooms were a little awkward. Didn't roll up very well with the ground to ceiling windows. But everything else was great

Lugar estratégico y excelente para un viaje de tránsito o escala. A solo 5 min del aeropuerto, amplias y cómodas habitaciones con buen servicio del personal. Desayuno con pocas opciones pero aceptable.

We had a great overnight stay before a cruise, staff was nice and the hotel was clean.

Room fair, food for breakfast inedible, place fairly dirty. Not good. Staff were nice.

Hotel was very clean and very close to the airport and parking. We will definitely stay here again. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good as as well you could make you on pancake or waffle.
