Should of stayed somewhere else

There was shuttle and it's so close to airport no complimentary water not a single bottle. I stayed before it's wasn't so bad before but now I was so disappointed by animities....

Staff at front desk was rude unhelpful unpleasant unprofessional

The hotel is awful; I had to change rooms four times. There were issues like the AC or TV not working, a clogged bathtub, and an entrance door that wouldn't open—every room had different problems—plus I had to pay for parking.

Considering how close it is to the airport, you can barely hear the flights taking off and landing.

The room I paid for was horrible, reeked of mold, the bathroom ceiling and door was molded. Pet hair and human strands of hair were everywhere. Live and dead roaches were in the room. I made a complaint with the firing desk and was giving another room, which made no difference because it had all the same issues with an added issue of the ceiling falling down. I checked out soon as I seen how bad it was, found another. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it needs to be torn down and remodeled.
