The room was big The facilities were closed, there was no coffee or breakfast really only a granola bars. The pool was closed down. I was charged $100 deposit which I am still Wait I g in the refund for. I was charged an extra $30 just to check in slightly early for An already empty prepare room. The room I payed for and booked was not The one I got

It was cheaper This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I requested a room with 2 beds and was given a sofa pull out bed, and when we inquired about sheets and pillows, they said they had none. Then proceeded to give us just one flat sheet to put on the bed, nothing for my children to cover up with. There was no amenities in the kitchen to use other than the refrigerator. The floors look like they hadn't been clean since it was built. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. This shouldn't even be part of the extended stay america line. The room when you turned the air conditioner on smelled like marijuana.

Pool has been out of service for a very long time.

Room is not that call and outside of room was not clean at all. There's is no water fountain any where in the hotel. Breakfast is just to go. No airport shuttle.

Very very bad maintenance and rude staff very worst hotel not recommended instead of extended stay we should have book motel to stay

We did stay at property. I had a confirmation number from booking.com but when we got there they said they had no rooms. Terrible experience! No room when we got there after booking.

Location, pool, kitchen in the room, possible to take dishes at reception. There is actually no breakfast, only the cheapest yogurts, tea, boiled eggs that tasted strange, oranges, porridge. We went to the breakfast at 9 a.m. and there were no fruits, no yogurts and so on, we had to ask to bring it for us, but the stuff reacted with unsatisfied face expression, but fortunately brought some food. The sofa in the room was partially cut. Only 2-3 chairs in the kitchen I was with my family (4 people) and asked to take some porridge and yogurts to the room, because it was impossible to have breakfast in the kitchen, the stuff from the kitchen reacted as if we were going to take the whole food from the kitchen and controlled so we didn't take 1 yogurt more than for 4 people. No towels change during 3 days stay and no room cleaning, the bin was full with garbage, and reception stuff said to get rid of the garbage by ourselves.

It was affordable and clean. The property was decent. $100.00 deposit that was never communicated in any of the property policy. That was very upsetting and surprising that I had to pay an additional $100.00 when I already per paid for my room before I arrived. Was not allowed to check in without paying the deposit even though my room was already paid for. Also, false advertisement saying they provide breakfast. All the had was coffee, muffins, yogurt, granola bars and Quaker instant oatmeal. No hot food or fresh fruit.

Three Lovely Women Assisted Me With Multiple Things. Id Return If I Had More Money Or If It Wasnt The Price It Was. Its Around $120 A Night. If It Was $50-$60 A Day Id Stay Their Longer.
