It was alright for one night

No funcionaron los elevadores. Me asignaron piso 3 y soy IMPEDIDA!

No elevator

Couldn't adjust water in the shower. Cool, barely ran increased to good flow , to hot. Airport shuttle didn't run often enough. Had to wait at the airport for over 45 minutes. I canceled my reservation for Saturday and booked a different motel. Took a taxi to the airport Saturday morning. Overall, disappointed.

Easy access to the airport and you can leave the car there for a nominal fee

Had to book because of a canceled flight. The property doesn't have a lot in the way of amenities but the staff was very helpful and the rooms were dated but clean and comfortable. Stayed 2 nights at a good rate

Everyone was respectful and everything was clean and peaceful

Just hated that the elevators didn’t work.

El staff nos poyo en todo pero el elevador no funcona, estuvimos varios dias y no lograron soluconar el problema

Staffing not friendly at all specially the black men long hair .the Latin girl was less terrible.in average all terrible

At check-in, I was informed that the elevator was out of service. For an airport hotel where many guests are traveling with luggage, this was a major inconvenience. Guests were forced to carry their bags up multiple flights of stairs, and no assistance was offered. The strong fragrance used in the lobby seemed to be masking other issues, as the hallways on my floor smelled heavily of insecticide. Once in the room, the problems continued. The TV remote didn't work, requiring us to manually change channels, and the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned properly. When my son lifted the toilet seat, there was old urine underneath it. Parking was another frustration. The lot appeared overcrowded, forcing many guests to park along the curb, making it difficult and stressful to back out and leave. The only positive aspect of our stay was the air conditioning—it worked exceptionally well and kept the room ice cold. Unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the numerous issues we encountered. Overall, this hotel fell far below expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

2-The bed smell like PEE 3-Window shade not working 4-Noisy air conditioning 5-Terrible front desk staff. Especially the second shift.

The elevation is brote

The elevator wasn't working which was a negative for us. Climbing up and down the stairs with luggage wasn't nice.
