Clean rooms, great staff
-
Very nice facility, but spendy for one night. I didn’t need the mini-apartment.

Lobby was very stark. Under construction look. Very expensive for what was offered. We were part of a group but got charged a very high rate. We belong to Bonvoy and this is our first bad experience.

My experience at The Residence Inn Marriott was generally great. First of all, the young woman at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. She even paid 80 cents of my candy bar when I didn’t have enough money! Second, I loved my room with its dishwasher and microwave, really comfortable bed, big couch and Tv on a swivel so that it can be watched from anywhere in the room. The windows looked out on a pretty view of a pond; since the weather was beautiful, I opened the windows and fell asleep to the sound of bullfrogs and crickets. The one drawback was the bathtub, which looked a little scummy. However, the complementary breakfast was really good, with homemade biscuits and a big vat of oatmeal. Fruit, though, would be a nice addition.

Air not working or they control it. Moved to another room same thing. Staff tried to accommodate but not much they could do at the time.
-
Room was very nice, full kitchen with dishes and a dishwasher. Even had a 2 burner cooktop with a couple pans to use. Bed was comfortable, nice breakfast each morning and staff was very friendly.
-
Rooms were clean and roomy. was a nice layout and was well stocked. more than enough space for two people. shower was very dark, and had poor water pressure. not enough hot water. bed was very hard and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable.
-
Good breakfast. Parking was easy. Only complaint is that the room needs some TLC. Furniture is older and stained, plumbing fixtures were loose and tub was chipped

We traveled to this hotel for the weekend of Easter. The room was spacious for my family. The front desk was very welcoming. My children got to enjoy the pool and we even had a fire going that evening outside. The hot tub was out of service so that was kind of disappointing but overall this day was nice and the location was perfect while we were doing.

Cleanliness! Our room we had originally booked was put out or order the day of our reservation and we had to downgrade.

It is always a pleasure to stay at this Residence Inn. From the greeting you get upon arrival to your checkout. The people are so kind and helpful. The room is always clean. A great place to stay.

Great service

From the moment we stepped through the door, the front desk ladies made us feel completely welcome. They were incredibly nice, helpful, and genuinely awesome. The room itself was wonderful: spacious, very clean, and perfect for an extended stay with a fully equipped kitchen and a super comfy bed. The area around the hotel feels safe and convenient, and even the other guests we met were friendly. Parking was also very easy, which made everything even better. Breakfast was a great start to each morning, with hot options like potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage, and of course 2 waffle makers. Overall, an awesome experience. We will definitely be coming back!

Space of the 2 bedroom was amazing. Our family didn't have to be on top of each other.
-
We took a little day and night off of life, and focused on us as a couple. Life's been tough, needed a recharge. Our room was absolutely amazing! So very comfortable, felt like our own little place. We are already wanting to plan for another getaway here but for a few days, we didn't want to leave.
-
The property is well maintained, but worn out. Other than the nice mattress, the furniture was worn out, the sofa was not really usable as you'd sink down into it, the kitchen cabinets showed lots of wear and tear, etc. This property is in need of a major refresh.
-
Very nice rooms and lobby Weekend breakfast starts late, hard for athletic teams to get full value.
-
Just a one-nighter, buy was very impressed with the accommodations. The suite was generous in size, the facility was up to date, the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay at another Residence Inn.
-
Staff was great. Arriving late and getting out early every day and the staff was active and helpful.

Our room was very clean. We did arrive later in the evening, but the woman that checked us in wasn’t very friendly whatsoever. We were kept waiting for longer than probably necessary seeing as though there was no one else there.
