Good hotel. Quiet location. Beds were firm but not rocks. Really only complaint is the tiny pillows

Perfectly adequate. Rooms have paper thin walls and thus there's a lot of noise from neighbors. Otherwise it was what you would expect for a place where all you're doing is waiting for your next plane

Very kind, quick, and competent staff! The front desk person was marvelous, and I loved talking to the driver, Mr. Mike. He is a treasure. My first room smelled like fish. The front desk person quickly moved me next door (to make moving my things easier, but that one also smelled like fish. The third room was great! Moving was no hassle--the front desk person was so quick and kind! But y'all should get that checked out bc sometimes electrical problems can cause a fishy odor. It's actually possibly a fire hazard.

My girlfriend and I had arrived early and the staff was so nice and professional, they got us into our room in no time. Paying for parking after spending nearly two hundred dollars for 1 night stay. Your patrons should not have to pay for parking on top of renting the room.

Breakfast and location of hotel

I like the staff as they checked on me during my stay, the hotel was clean. Always a good place to stay when you have friendly staff.

The room was quiet, clean and the hotel was in a convenient location. The breakfast was disappointing, so we didn't eat it. The front desk staff were sitting in the back room a majority of the time and weren't great at greeting guests as they came and went. Not all of them, but most of the staff throughout the 4 days we were there.

I have stayed here a handful of times now. One of my favorite locations

I called multiple times so my mom could be someone who can check in the room because her flight would arrive early. My mom stated that by the time she got there her name wasn’t on the reservation like I called 3 different times to confirm.

The room was clean and met our expectations. The view from our room was pleasing. Lol, we didn't experience breakfast due to the fact that we overslept from the family event. Overall we were satisfied. I can't really say that we had any issues at all. We don't have any complaints. The staff was quite helpful and polite. We were greeted upon arrival at the front desk. We will be recommending you to relatives and friends, thanks.

Room lighting could have been brighter near the mirror.

Overall I was pleased with the room and the staff. I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and the room was clean and serviced every other day. Beware the hotel charges $10 per night for parking. This additional charge was not clear when making the reservation and would have affected my choice of hotels. I needed to ask for toilet paper and hand towels when the cleaning staff forgot to leave them.
