Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport

The indoor pool, hot tub, and one elevator was unavailable. Also, there was no microwave in our room! I really needed a microwave.

everything was great! will definately stay here again ...

Love the facility and staff was nice but it was hard to get more towels and face rags and NEVER got the blanket or comforter that we were promised to get everyday we called and went downstairs to get and NEVER received.

Loved this hotel! It’s older but has so much charm and the vintage vibes are so good. It was clean and the bed was comfy. Didn’t get to try the food or pool but would def stay again.

I arrived at 1350 and check in was 1500. Check in was delayed more than 2 hours and I went back and forth 3 times to see if I a room was ready. I also had paid for breakfast when I made my booking, however, I was asked for a voucher from the Front Desk the next morning. I had to walk all the way back to the Front Desk to ask for a voucher, something which should have been included with my room keycard. I got a $20 credit as service recovery.

Overall, a good experience staying at the Sheridan. However, when I booked this hotel room through Hotels.com, there was no mention of having to pay $22 per night for parking. That was one thing that I did not appreciate as a customer that this information was not posted as part of the reservation. In addition, the free breakfast that they offer is minimal compared to the one that they offer in their other location next-door would you again cost $20. Well, I appreciate that a business needs to make money, this nickel and diamond and extra charging is not a good model for keeping customers coming back.

Paid parking to access my room, we're if I had a room in the front of the building I had free parking, the indoor pool and hot tub was out of order and was not disclosed at time of booking or check in. Also, our room smelled very musty. And the breakfast is also a separate change of 20$ per person and it's a regular complementary breakfast that would be included at any other 4+ hotel chain. And no microwave!!!

Great spot to stay that’s close to the airport if you just need a quick convenience spot. Definitely not a place to stay to visit the Nashville area.

This is the ONLY hotel we stay at when coming to Nashville! We love it!

It was a very beautiful hotel. I saw people taking pictures. The entrance to the hotel was so scenic every thing about it was nice. Like I mentioned in a different survey we stayed at 4 different hotels before we stayed at this one and I had the best sleep in this one. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Overall the hotel was nice and clean along with the room. Check in was easy. Staff was great

The breakfast is $20 a person and it’s not very good. It’s comparable to a regular hotel breakfast (minus the ability to get a waffle). The pool area was nice. Staff was nice. They did allow us to do early check in (for a fee of course) however it was a check in even earlier then their normal “early check in” time. Bathroom was fairly small but overall it was a nice room!

As room booked was a balcony we asked to be moved and were given a room on a higher floor with a private balcony which overlooked the courtyard /pool area so we were happy. If you have any accessibility issues make the hotel aware .
