-
Clean and comfortable room in a very convenient location! Great value for the area.

Very nice stay. Rooms are quite small but fine for solo travellers or couples. Rooms could do with a little better maintenance in places but that would be my only very small criticism

The room was a little small but very nice!

Very neat, clean and quiet. Especially elevators are very fast and efficient. We will come back again.

We added on the breakfast option and I was very thankful. Breakfast was delicious and it was a pleasure to go down and try something new each day. The staff were amazing. The hotel is beautiful. The rooftop bar is pretty awesome. My only complaint is that the rooms are really really small. Otherwise it’s a wonderful resort and I’m very happy with my choice.

Place is so cute, just as pictured. Smells wonderful! Staff is great, respectful, always greeting you, helpful. We would stay again. We did have trouble getting our room cleaned. We were there 7 nights. Only time it was cleaned was when we made a point to ask the front desk for it to be serviced. So twice and one day it was cleaned without us asking. That’s 3/7 nights. We made sure to take off the do not disturb and we’re gone most of the day and woukd come back to a room that was not cleaned- even gone 7am-4pm. Our last day we paid for late check out, informed we were leaving at 3pm. TWICE different cleaners knocked and woke us up during our power nap before our 10 hour travel day. That really sucked. Not much choice for goody food on rooftop but charcuterie was DELICIOUS. Unfortunately both nights we went up the two different waiters we got were Too Friendly and ended up talking forever to other tables. Service there was not great. The daily hotel fees are crazy but I’m going to assume that’s every hotel in nyc. Lastly we got a message from the hotel that early and late check in are $50 and $75 but then were told and charged $75 for both. That being said they had our room ready very early in the morning and 3pm check out is amazing.

Check in/out is painless. The rooms, while tiny, we clean and chic. Didn't have to wait long for the elevator. Food was good. I wish I looked at the charges made to my room more, because the meal did not match up to the price and tip I agreed to in the restaurant

Arlo was centrally located in Midtown. We were able to get to the subway, restaurants, and Times Square with Ease! The hotel itself was cute/ trendy and offered amenities like a coffee shop, restaurants, and rooftop bar. The room was perfect for a stay in New York! N/A
