I am very pleased with my choice of hotel. Its central location made everything incredibly convenient and easily accessible by foot. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. A personal highlight was the complimentary breakfast, which was both high-quality and flavorful.

The elevator did not work on Friday from 4:30 - 7:00pm Had to walk 29 flights of stairs.

Clean room, center spot near everything, helpfull staff, easy check-in and check-out.

Checked in and hour early. Very easy. Excellent reception. For an included Hampton breakfast (convenient), it passed muster. Room: decent storage, comfortable bed, great amount of outlets and USB. Good bath products. Someone had previously knocked off the toilet paper holder which could have had a more fortuitous repair. All in all, a good value.

The lady Jessica at the reception is very helpful, she went out of the way to help find my ways in New York City, thanks to Jessica, she is phenomenal.

Two things to note: 1) Bathroom very small. 2) Elevators could get some TLC. (the floors are old and look dirty they made a lot of scary noise.) It was still a great place to stay.

Proximity to Times Square and subway was good. But definitely not the nicest street. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were ok. Stains on curtains and floors. Phone didn’t work. Safe didn’t work. Elevator is extremely slow. Floor in elevator needs to be redone. Replace carpet in rooms with hard floor. Carpet was dirty. Stains on curtains and pillows.
