The staff was very helpful especially the breakfast staff. Teresa Cruz (the hostess) was amazing at finding us a seat and answering all questions).for our stay.

Excellent location. Quiet but close to everything! Wonderful breakfast. Staff worked very hard to clear tables and restock. Love the hot waffles! Plenty of coffee, ice water etc. Check in fast. Very nice hotel staff from front desk to cleaning personnel. Highly recommend! AC worked well and the elevators were fast. 4 elevators for a smaller hotel is nice for NYC standards! Room spotless and very comfortable bed!

TV was glitchy.

They advertise on-site parking, but it’s not on site. The hotel is on 38th St. and the parking garage is on 40th St. However, it was full, so we had to drive around and find parking. I’m a little upset that their advertisement on Expedia says on-site parking.

Great location and friendly staff. The room was clean and quiet.

Alejandra was great at the front desk. She upgraded our room to a better spot and even got us into our room before checkin. Lovely after a morning of traveling. The breakfast area was packed. Its nice breakfast was including, but could barely fit in there even early in morning. Great to grab something and get on with the day then sit down.
