Great customer service. Hotel conveniently located. Mattresses need to be rotated and/or flipped as sagging is evident.

The property is a very 1960s furnished on style Times Square hotel that is musty, dank and dark. The bartender in the lobby is very nice and the night staff are excellent. They are short staffed to check out and get very. If you need something, they mostly bring it. You can hear the trains and Port Authority rumble even from the top floors at night, but it is kind of soothing. Room clean but dark and did not trust carpet. Housekeeping is good.

We stayed for 2 nights and liked the room, amenities, location (walking distance to the Broadway theater, that we attended), friendliness of the staff (allowed us to leave the backpack for a few hours after we checked out), and yes, the price - in other words all main components of an enjoyable hotel stay in NY.

Very friendly and amazing staff! The room was comfortable and just as expected. The wifi went out briefly, and the front desk was extremely responsive and helpful. On check out the staff was very warm friendly and professional! Above and beyond making us feel very welcomed. I also loved there were no surprise charges! I wish breakfast was free- seems like not a lot is on offer that is worth the $20 price just for some pastries and such at a buffet. There are several diners nearby you can get a better breakfast for around that price!

Staff is beyond great!! Location is perfect near everything, room was great but the view not so, and the street the hotel is in is very bad, dirty and did not feel as safe; perhaps bc it’s right next to NYC bus terminal. If you are going for an event near by, this is the place, if you are not, you might get stocked surrounded by overwhelming crowds, street closures and dirty streets.

Stayed for 3 nights. Excellent spaceous rooms, the noise isolation was impeccable. We had some kids on the next door room and as soon as we closed the door, all the noise was gone. Everything was very clean and comfy. The staff was always helpful and nice at all times. The included breakfast was really tasty and lots of great options to start your day just right! Location was also top notch, just a couple minutes walk to Times square and other transportation. Couldn't have had a better stay, highly reccommend! Nothing of note, the stay was perfect

From the second I arrived Olivia at the front desk greeted me and handled some things I needed. The whole three day stay was wonderful and I found the location convenient to Times Square, a professional and experienced staff at all times making it happen and I love the place. Here’s to FOUR POINTS! I’d love to return.
