Aliz Hotel Times Square

Great location! We enjoyed the stay!

The Elevators were the worst. It didn't help that they would give the roof top lounge preference. JL

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very well maintained. Its location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a fabulous stay at Aliz! Amanda did our check-in and she was friendly, helpful and efficient. We checked our bags with Zach, who made us feel right at home. We ran into him the next day and he remembered us, asking if he could do anything for us. The breakfast buffet was good and included cornbread (that I love) and the best Greek yogurt I ever tasted! Our rooms were clean and comfortable and completely updated. They have an amazing rooftop bar with exquisite views! The hotel is convenient to Times Square and Bryant Park. Overall a great experience at a fair price. 👍

The welcome drink and $25 chip were a nice touch. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic place slap bang in the middle of where to be in New York. Rooms big and clean, breakfast decent and staff helpful. Jewel in the crown is the rooftop bar which is the best view of any I’ve been to. Highly recommend the Aliz!!

The room was really nice! A clean and well-laid out room with a comfy bed and nice shower. The welcome drink tickets and market credit were great! My reservation came with breakfast included which was a nice option to have but there’s plenty of dining options around. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I wish I made it to the rooftop bar but maybe next time. Two things I wished were better was that there can be a wait for the elevator at peak times so plan for that and pack some patience and the parking was a steep fee with no in/out privileges so something to keep in mind but the valet parking was convenient even if it was expensive.

Although my room wasn’t ready when I got there the staff was very nice and responsive to the situation. My room was very very small but very clean I highly recommend. Drinks at the bar very very good. I didn’t get a chance to visit the restaurant but will be back again to do so.

Great service!!! We did go during a busy time so our room wasn’t ready buttttt they hold luggage’s and we go to walk around NY while we waited :)

Well located if you want to stay close to Times Square and subway stations. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We got complimentary drinks at the lobby, and a voucher to use at the restaurant, which was really nice. The bar located on the roof top has an amazing panoramic view of Manhattan. The room was small, but comfortable and functional. The mattress was a bit too soft, though. I’d recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

Definitely do not recommend. Lobby was always crowded. Long wait times for elevators- every single time. Room lacking basic amenities like water glasses and a luggage rack. Impossible trying to call the hotel to find out why there were additional charges when I was told there were none when I checked out.

The staff here were always super kind and helpful. They were polite and professional and the location of the hotel was perfect. It was shockingly quiet even though it was so close to Times Square. We all slept great here. For context, I was traveling with my 3 teenagers, 11 year old, and husband and we stayed in 2 rooms.

I love the vibe of the hotel and it was at a good location..... was not noisy although in was located near time square!!

This hotel and staff were nice. Modern and clean amenities. The king room was comfortable for one person. I would recommend this place. Convenient location to Times Square.

We got food poisoning from their market and when we pointed out that the food’s label was expired, they blamed us.

Overall the place is nice, clean and close to Times Square, the thing I can maybe complain about is the rooms are very small, but that doesn't take away from it.

! Excellent and amazing Rooftop bar with balcony and amazing view . Staff and room s and food was great . I will be staying here again . Best waffles I’ve ate. No exaggerating lol. You won’t regret the stay here
