I had an amazing stay . Room was clean and fresh

Anthony, the concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful from the time I arrived at JFK Airport. He made everything so easy for me, his selection about the best restaurants to where to go and shop. I believe if every hotel has a person like Anthony as there concierge I would not hesitate to book a reservation.

Location is near the subway station and there are food options nearby. The service was okay.

We spent 6 days here and we loved the location! The street is blocked off, so no traffic runs directly in front of the hotel. The staff greets you everytime you walk in the lobby. Anthony was especially helpful! Lots of restaurants and shopping and a park all within walking distance!

Great location, clean property, nice staff, and large rooms with large bathrooms (suite we took). Price can vary wildly based on seasonality.

This hotel is central to everything! The location is fantastic and the hotel staff were very friendly. The room was decently spacious and clean.

Exceptional

The staff was quick and helpful to deliver a requested iron and later needed coffee supplies. I would recommend bringing in some purchased pastries for breakfast as the hotel has no restaurant on the premises, although there are several on the same block. It was a good location to reach various sites within the city over our 3 night stay.

Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, the beds were so comfortable, like sleeping on a pillow. We loved the location, we were walking distance to Times Square and lots of amenities, and the staff were all very friendly and eager to help answer our questions.

Incredible price for the location. The rooms feel big for the price tag as well. The balcony with Empire State view was a real treat, especially to see the Knicks crowd go wild!!! Staff were also excellent, super friendly and accommodating. Absolutely loved our stay. The only nice addition would be a bar. They have a nice little seating area in the upper part of the lobby but no bar.

Location. Close to everything, landmarks, downtown and subway/penn station. Great bars and coffee close by. Not much at all. Everything was good.

It was very quaint and well presented. The staff was excellent and very helpful and it was a great location for our destinations. I would definitely stay here again.
