Comfort Inn JFK Airport

The property was clean and neat. The staff was friendly and the breakfast options were solid, actually better than I expected.

Parking was terrible and the shuttle driver told me I couldn’t park on the curbside in front of the hotel. I went inside and told someone. She went outside and told the driver it’s was ok to park there.

Staff needed to be more considerate; I call at approximate 10:55 asking about the bus and letting the representative know that there were three of us who was on the AirTrain heading for the shuttle and would appreciate her calling the shuttle driver to wait for us but she stated that the last shuttle was at 11 pm. We had to catch a Uber. We ask about a shuttle for the next morning and was told that the shuttle for 5 o’clock was full, we needed to be on the latest 5 am shuttle for our 6:50 boarding flight.

Not friendly. Not worth the price.

Beds were very comfortable and had 2 firm pillowes and 2 soft pillows each. Noise from the hallway loudly spills into the rooms. As this locarion is near an international airport with arrivals at all times, your sleep experience may be helped if you use earplugs. We had difficulty with loud guests congregating for an extended period around the elevators at 3am - no fault of the hotel. Location is convenient for flights to/from JFK. Shuttle service is a little slow. We saw some drivers come by for pickups 2 or 3 times before our shuttle arrived even though the other hotels were in the same block. The complimentary breakfast was typical for this hotel chain. Rooms were generally clean but needed repair. Shower caulk was moldy, bathroom fixtures were loose, some rust in places,

Super awesome and friendly staff. Very helpful. Great stay when ya wanna be close to the airport. Big shoutout to Ivette behind the bar and really all the restaurant staff. Thank you for being so kind and taking care of us. Will definitely return.

Room reading light next to bed was flickering nonstop and unusable. Room a/c struggled to cool room, making sleep difficult.

Good place to stay after a long flight. They have a shuttle that drops you off at the gate for your next flight. Clean updated room.

Helpful staff. Eating amenities, hot tea, coffee, and lemon water available all day in the lobby.

The staff weren’t very friendly (front desk) nor were they accommodating. Overall, the hotel was clean, but I would not personally stay again.

Check in was quick and good - the young lady at the breakfast duty was very helpful towards everyone- Anup at front desk was very nice and friendly and caring

The only negative was that the shuttle ends the shift at 2300. The rest was great

Good enough. I've stayed at other Comfort inns that even had a microwave in the room, this one didn't .
