Courtyard New York Manhattan/Times Square West

I liked that it was closed to Time Square and subway. My room was small for the price that was paid.

Great location very close to Times square, great room too There were some hidden fees after checkout

The hotel is spotless. The rooms are immaculate, my friend. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.

The view from the room!! We could see the Edge! Very friendly staff, luggage storage, were able to do earlier check in. Wish the street was cleaner with less trash but it’s NYC, so no high expectations!

Great location, easy access

Very happy with the stay. The room is VERY clean and the location is fantastic, within walking distance to time square and train station.

Cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Staff in person were helpful and friendly. Every time we talked with Anthony he was a rockstar. Location was great, staff gave us recommendations to keep us safe, things were walkable, etc. Price was high when we booked and dropped heavily when I checked back to add a day right before the trip. So we feel like we overpaid a bit.

Good service

Staff very friendly, lobby, hallways, elevator clean. The room was nice, T.V is huge, with lots of options to choose on what to watch, overall a great experience.

Made a mistake! I’d stay there again!

Clean and awesome

Very good location, very good furnishing, very kind staff. On the first floor you can buy a good breakfast and Starbucks coffee/tea. I could let my baggage on the last day for few hours at the hotel. I can only recommend it for women traveling alone. The room was a little bit dark because the inner courtyard was surrounded by other buildings and I was located quite far down on the 10th floor. But since I was the whole days outside, it was not a problem to me.

Wish they had a discount for the people that stayed there.

Rooms were nice, comfortable and not micro tiny. Cost - prices for Manhattan hotels are way too high. Taxes and additional charges alone were about $100!

It was clean and central to all our excursions. The staff was very friendly as well. The only thing would be neighbors in a nearby room were a little loud with a radio on in the morning. But it wasn’t that bad.
