The location can't be beat - especially if arriving by train and/or planning to use the Subway. It's also incredibly walkable to many well-known tourist attractions. My stay was with all females and we felt very safe at this property.

Location The breakfast was very good. Toilet did not work, even after they “fixed” it. Room was dark, only one bedside lamp. AC was way too loud inside, and room was facing 4 window air conditioners and 4 air compressors outside. They were loud, too. There was no place to put your suitcase.

Location Breakfast buffet Comfortable queen beds Issue with check-out payment. After checkout, we got our deposit refunded, but a couple of hours later we were wrongly charged for using bottles of water we didn't even touch. Finally refunded after 2 weeks.

We really liked our stay. Great Location, no wait for elevators or breakfast unlike other midtown hotels, decent size room (we fit with 2 kids), nice variety at breakfast for free, coffee or tea 7/24 for free, they store your luggage or amazon packs for free, helpful staff. It might not be a five star hotel but price performance wise it is great. Highly recommended! A small detail but the lobby has an odd smell. A simple and cheap Air Wick would be game changer!

It was really nice and comfortable to stay here very pleasing and helpful staff at front desk. Loveed the location too hopefully on our next visit we will prefer this same hotel Hampton Inn Madison Square Garden Regards

Very small rooms for the price and breakfast space was very small for the number of people.

Hot water was spotty. AC was hard to adjust. Rooms all. On the upside, the staff was great, breakfast decent and rooms clean.
