My room was immaculate. The staff was super sweet and very helpful. I loved the chicken sausages and coffee. I didn’t drink at the bar, but the bartender was very nice to my wife. My overall score is a 10+!!!

The room was clean and modern, and it was actually made up every single day. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, too. Everyone working there was super friendly. I really want to give a massive shoutout to Jennifer at the front desk—she was so kind and even surprised us with a room upgrade when we arrived! They also let us check in early and check out late, which made our trip so much easier. Another cool perk was being able to just shoot a text to the front desk for whatever we needed. They even text you updates about what's happening around the property, which was super convenient. The complimentary wine hour every day was an awesome touch, and the restaurant and bar downstairs are genuinely good if you don't feel like leaving the hotel. Highly recommend this place for a trip to NYC!

Room's are great staff at the front desk are great but the food is bad and so overpriced. Staff in at breakfast are awful and rude. Would not eat there again.

Nice hotel and good location but there was a significant issue during my stay from May 7 through May 10. There was a confirmed overnight water shutoff from 9pm to 5am due to city construction directly affecting the hotel. No running water for eight hours overnight. This was a scheduled and known disruption yet the room was sold at full rate with no disclosure and no compensation offered. I have reached out to management requesting a partial refund reflecting the diminished experience and have not received a response. The hotel itself is well kept and the staff is friendly which is why this is not a one star review. But guests deserve to know what they are booking into and to be treated fairly when something like this happens. Still waiting on a resolution

Nice hotel. Good sized room with important amenities, including daily housekeeping. Excellent location; could walk to shows in Times Square area.

Clean- pet friendly and can’t tell, the rooms are a great size, walking distance to Madison square garden, the staff is very accommodating - close to everything The bike lane in front but can’t really do anything about that

Restaurants were very good and convenient. Loved the back lobby area with bar and access to outside. Room was so nice and so was the entire staff! Planning on going there when in NYC
