The property is a bit rundown. I had to change rooms twice due to broken items. 1st room had a broken shower seat. The 2nd room had a leak from the bathroom ceiling later in the evening and no maintenance tech on-site until the following morning. This may have been a nice hotel years ago but it’s quite run down for the price. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Not a great experience for me..

Clean, fresh room. Close to many restaurants.

Staff were very helpful and went beyond to assist. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location of hotel was perfect for my stay and I felt very safe and comfortable.

Providing 2 water bottles per day per person should be included and not an additional charge.

Clean and safe hotel in Brooklyn. I did not have a car but they had a very large parkign lot which could prove very useful!
-
Clean inside I didn’t have hot water.

Not updated at all & filthy. There were sticky bug traps on the ceiling with bugs stuck to them. The blackout curtain pull was coated in crusty dirt. Inadequate blankets on the bed. Staff knocked and then opened the door to come in without waiting for a response. We were told we could have a late afternoon check out without a specific time specified and the staff came knocking to clean (which is comical considering how dirty the place was) numerous times beginning 11:30am. We finally called the front desk and agreed to a 2:00pm check out. My husband wasn’t feeling well so we wound up slightly behind and they aggressively knocked on the door again, probably for the 6th time, to tell us we’d now be charged an additional $75. This hotel seemed to be completely empty and was in the middle of nowhere too.

My recent stay at this hotel was perfect. The room is spacious for NYC and updated. I love the fridge and balcony too. It is in walking distance to the subway and a Whole Foods grocery store which is super convenient.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly staff who was very flexible with us parking our car before check in at 4:00pm so we could secure a spot. Brooklyn is known for limited parking. If you are lucky enough, you may find a spot on sight, but you risk losing the spot as soon as you drive off during your stay as it is first come first serve. They no longer have a breakfast plate or fresh brewed coffee, although, they provide a Keurig coffee maker in your room with some choice of coffee pods. If you want or need ice, you’ll have to find a staff to help. They do not have ice makers available on each floor, the staff has to retrieve it in the basement. When you first arrive, there is a very small lobby, small access bathroom in the lobby, and elevators to your floor. Once you get to your room, it is updated and includes a frosted glass barn door style for your privacy to the bathroom. Unfortunately, the door was difficult to open all the way and it would stick making it difficult to close. The water had lower than usual water pressure , so rinsing off in the shower took a little more effort. Hopefully, during your stay here, you are able to run into and talk with Stan who says he has been a fixture around there for over 12 yrs. The stay at Le Bleu was memorable and the hotel is very clean they serviced our room on the second day of staying there and it was greatly appreciated.

Clean and spacious rooms, the staff is accommodating, a small parking lot is a good advantage

Very nice.

The only complaint I have is that the elevator was slow- one of them was not operating, so we did use the stairs quite often. We would stay there again!

Could be better at cleaning, and my shower was missing a door. Otherwise, it was a decent stay.

Clean, well-priced room, first-come, first-served parking, and a very helpful staff.

The only good thing about this hotel was the operation manager that tried to help us. Our room had bed bugs, we let front desk know we found them on the bed. They brought us to another room where we inspected the beds. One had bed bugs, the other was dirty. Not sure if it was blood or some other bodily fluids. It was clear we could not stay there. The front desk guy was unapologetic and would not call the GM. It was 11:50 at night, our only choice was to drive 4hrs home in the middle of the night. I will be requesting a refund and would not recommended this hotel to anyone.
