I found the room to be very comfortable and cozy, and I appreciated that it was clean and well-equipped with air conditioning. The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Additionally, the location was perfect; being so close to Penn Station made it very easy to get around the city. Thank you for the great experience.

almost no space good kitchen

It’s on 5 floors with narrow stairs and no lift ! Tina helped me carry my bag to 5 floor assigned for 6 nights it became extremely uncomfortable and interfered with my holiday ! It’s air conditioning in rooms and that a help ! Every floor has a kitchen and fridge I bought some food that disappeared next day sighout a trace from fridge ! Overall not a pleasant stay despite good location I think 7 nights stay for a 66 yrs old asthmatic myelopthy disabled man could have been on a lower floor and as for food I don’t care I hope someone ate it lolz !

Room was small - ok - but good price - and if you're looking for an old-fashioned well-maintained European-styled hotel with the bathroom/shower down the hall...this is the place. Great location, efficient in-and-out, safe, high-tech locks on the door. No problems.

I was received by Becka at the front desk, and from the start my stay was made as straightforward and comfortable as possible. Super friendly and welcoming, and eager to make things easier - would recommend!

Everything I needed for a 2-day holiday in New York. The room and bathroom was clean, and nicely dome up. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe. The location was perfect for accessing key Manhattan landmarks.

It was pre World War II building that was mostly well maintained and cleaned. The lights would go off and on in the hallway but other than that it was fine. I also wish there was a more secure place to store luggage that I left behind after I checked out and needed to leave with the hotel before I take the train back towards the evening.

The workers were all very nice and attentive. The room is very very small, barely enough space for the luggage.
