The rooms are on the smaller side. But the location to the subway and area was great.

Very clean, and housekeeping everyday! Continental breakfast was a great bonus, not many places have this in the city. Would definitely stay again. It's a great location, short walks to both Penn Station and Grand Central. Shops and places to eat right around the corner.

Perfect really kind people Nothing Except small area of breakfast

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wingate midtown. Staff was super friend ly and helpful. Breakfast was good with several options for all tastes. The room was a bit small for four people but that's what happens when you vacation in big cities. Really like the layout of the bathroom and the shower was nice with the rainfall head.

Very nice and kind stuff:) great location in the middle of Manhattan- you go out and you are literally in the centre of everything! Close to Bryant park, Empire and Summit (we have room with Summit view and it was awesome) The only thing is that weren’t no vegetables for breakfast

Stayed here before due to its location in midtown. Easy hotel to get in and out of. It’s small but clean and the staff is always kind. Location. Clean. Quiet. Nice staff.

This property is nice, the location is good as well as you have all you would need within a short walk.

Well-located hotel, central to everything you need in NYC. Rooms were small, but clean and comfortable. Noise was a little bit of an issue between rooms but overall a great stay!

Centrally near macys and other locations of the city

Clean, comfortable, very nice and helpful staff. Excellent location. The breakfast room was crowded, not all the people could sit.

The breakfast was better than I expected. The location is great and close to major stations and many other attractions.

Friendly staff

The Front desk staff. The director of operations and his promise to refund me for a room where the A/C wasn't working for 2 out of 3 nights. I had no sleep in a 76 degree room. They only changed my room on the last night and he acted as if this was a favor and not part of a hotel's services to replace a non-functional room with a functional one! He was negotiating with me! He finally agreed to refund 50% of one night and when it came to the actual refunding to Booking.com, they refused and Booking.com had to cover for them even though I had him include that on my invoice as proof and followed up with the general manager as soon as she was back from the holidays and she assured me that it was done!!!
