They nickel and dime you a lot here. The stay was fine though. Their luggage storage robot was broken, yet I was still charged to Coat check my luggage. They should waive the fee if their advertised free alternative doesn’t work.

El parqueo lo cobraron y no cumplieron con la oferta solo el personal que atendiendo en el área de comida fue muy serviciar y el del loby solo eso después no me gustó nada el vehículo no podía sacarlo del parqueo hasta que me fuera

Good spot for a quick trip where you spend much time in the room. Ice machine was broken on the floor I stayed and the WiFi was weak. Good stay other than that.

We stay at alot of hotels... the room was small but perfectly comfortable. The window does open which is great for the fresh air needed nc there is no fan in the restroom. The view is amazing, the patio in the restraunt was beautiful but the staff was lacking in some areas as far as food service. Some more lower tables should be added due to the high winds. I would stay again.

They stay and property were good but there was false advertisement. We selected the room with breakfast included then arrive and they claim it did not Include it. And charged extra to hold our luggage early and late before and after checking in/out. Other than that our stay was good

It was comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the bellboy assured me the ride to the taxi would be $88 including tolls and taxes - which was a LIE. He even said it was only $3 more than taking a taxi… SHAME ON HIM for lying to a guest!! 😣

It was an OK stay. Practical as there was a bunk bed for my teen kids. Needs updates both in hotel general areas and room. Room had a good view was overall comfortable. Hallways, elevators could use better cleaning.

No fridge and ice maker on the top floor wasn’t working. Bar was nice and room was clean.

Stayed online for almost an hour just to check into a room. I was provided a smoke room with bunk bed that looked like a hostel. I asked to check out and instead was provided with another room

The rooms are small and that is totally fine, however they are rundown. Lots of young people smoking weed on my floor so I asked to move rooms.

We were so excited to try the Yotel due to its Japanese style rooms. WE left our house later than expected and arrived around 11:45pm. 1st read flag were the revolving doors not working. When we got inside we were greeted with 6-8 kiosk sections (not a human) when trying to retrieve our reservation, nothing was found. We had to wait in a long line for 1 receptionist to check us in. The room itself was okay, but no fridges available we found odd. Upon leaving the hotel the next day for a majority of the day, no cleaning staff ever came. We decided to end our stay earlier and leave Saturday night instead of Sunday morning because we knew we'd be more comfortable at home. Checking out using the kiosk was also useless so we needed to see a receptionist, again. There was two receptionist this time but one receptionist never acknowledged us and we had to wait for the 2nd to be done with their other customer. He noticed we were checking out earlier but in general never asked us how the stay was, which was a 1st compared to our other hotel experiences. Safe to say, thank Yotel for giving us a place to lay our heads for the night but we will not be returning.
