M Star North Canton - Hall of Fame

The place was nice. I didn’t spend much time there, just a few hours of sleep for four nights. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The guests were very nice as well. I definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the same area. Yes, the rooms are dated, but it didn’t matter to me.

Room was old and didn't look any thing like what is on the internet. No towels were replaced, trash emptied or floor vacuumed unless you did it yourself. Staff was in back smoking and talking so I had to call they on phone to come to front but he was nice. Room was ok but could have been cleaner. Area was ok with amenities. AC was good.

Went in the room they gave and it was dirty the floor was sticky the furniture was all beat up the bedding smelled so I left

No refrigerator

Everyone is friendly and helpful whenever we had questions its very peaceful and quiet i def recommend this place. The AC works very well keeps nice and cold considering how hot its been.

The cleanse is terrible, the tub look nasty, and was not cleaned

Definitely a budget hotel but the beds were comfortable enough and the place was quiet! No hair dryers available. There were two microwave ovens because the built in one didn't work. The refrigerator was nice to have. The bathrooms are in great need of a remodel. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Nice place clean and quiet. Hotel is dated and worn and charges accordingly Can’t beat the price . nice enough area and good services. good front desk guy . Room 107 had 2 good beds. Microwave and refrigerator work well no complaints will return .

Everything was well maintained it may have been dated but everything worked and everything I needed was there and it was clean and in order

The beds were clean and comfortable. The towels were also nice and clean. The stations we could get on the television were fine but too few channels from which to choose. The bathroom floor was dirty. No coffee machine. No alarm clock to set an alarm. No ice bucket or anything in which to put ice. Only one trash basket. No free breakfast. These are all items that are only standard for a motel room and not an expensive one at that. I am sorry but I will not be returning to your motel when I return to Cleveland in 2 months. Very disappointed.

The bed was comfortable, although the sheets were stained. When booking, there were amenities stated to be in EVERY room, such as coffee machine and kitchenette to prepare simple meals. However, upon check-in you're greeted with a sign that states cooking of any sort will result in immediate forfeiture of your stay with no refund. Along with a ridiculous fire-alarm policy, where if the alarm in your room goes off for ANY reason you will be banned, forfeit the rest of your stay, and given no refund. So, if THEIR wiring happens to catch fire in a GUESTS room, that guest would be banned, made to leave, and be out the money for their stay despite the fault lying with the hotel. Then, the fact that they list "Free Wifi Available" as an amenity is technically true. They have wifi the same way McDonald's has potatoes. Technically true, but one french fry does not a whole potato make. Between that and the complete lack of comfortable seating thanks to a broken desk chair, most of my waking hours were spent in my car so I could actually have service to get better cell service/reception so I could actually USE my devices.
