Easy to access hotel. Plenty of parking. Older hotel so you’re going to see signs of it. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk to check in. Our door would not close properly so we had to push/pull it hard to open and close it. You could tell when we were coming and going because it made a lot of noise. Walked into the hallway on the 2nd day to the smell of weed. Breakfast was pretty basic each day. The pool was open and the gym was ok for what I needed. Staff was polite. Didn’t have any noise problem around our room.

Great location. Plenty of parking, close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms were great and front desk was very helpful. Nothing to really complain about. There is construction on the hotel next door, so there's that but it really wasn't a huge problem.

Price was affordable I was put in a handicap room did not request and carpet was soak and wet

Air conditioning not working properly. Wasn’t dirty, but not spic and span either.

Nothing It was dirty from the lobby to our room. It smelled of marijuana. It was incredibly loud. The one and only elevator was broken. The staff was rude and unhelpful.

The pool Staff was rude think his name was Eddie and none of the vending machines worked we couldn’t get any water or anything

My stay at Comfort inn, North Charleston, SC was aweful! I book for Two days and was awaken on the first morning with water dropping from the ceiling and I brought to Lilly, the assistant manager’s attention. I also told her about a dress that was damaged by the water dripping from the ceiling. She initially stated that she was going to he just she initially stated that she was going to just move us to another room, however, then she came back and demanded that we give her the dress to be cleaned. When we refuse to give her the dress, she told us that we had to leave the hotel because they felt uncomfortable with us being there and longer. There was no clear explanation as to why they felt uncomfortable with us being there any longer. She cancel our following day stay and told us we had to be out by 12:30 on June 13,2026. We were left without a place to stay and the refund would not reflect in our account until about 5-7 days. It was an humiliating situation for us with no help or concern from them. We had a formal event that evening and had to leave, without taking a shower, to try to find another hotel. I called the cooperate office and the were of little help. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The place was nice did have a strong moldy smell in the halls and the room was clean stayed 4 nights never saw a housekeeper but we only came in the sleep and take a bath

Exceptional

The room wasn't super clean and several things were in need of repair. I was surprised at the condition in relation to the price.

Front desk would not address issue when explained and showed pictures.

Where it was at I booked with booking and they changed my stay to 1 night but they changed for 2 and was there… And we talked to them 4 times
