Charge for internet and parking, pool closed . Bar and restaurant infrequently open

Staff not helpful when I mistakenly booked the wrong hotel. Lighting in room was very dim, especially over sink in bathroom, I could barely see anything.

Location was great close to everything we needed. Room was clean and was very quiet. The elevator was a little scary sounding but otherwise fine.

Felt outdated but for what we needed it was pretty solid

The front desk staff was very helpful on ahold out night they were helpful and the room was amazing. Clean smelled good and a great view.

Hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. They upgraded the room to suite since our originally booked room was not available. But they charged me for parking even though Expedia app said that parking is free.

This is a place for goons who were banging on doors and shouting outside other people’s doors between 2–4 AM at night. Be careful. The staff did nothing and were not even picking up the phone.

Definitely will return! The room was very clean and spacious. It was very quiet in the hotel. I couldn’t hear any outside noise or anyone else in the hallways. 10.

The room was spotless and really comfortable. I also loved the beautiful view from the windows. I’d recommend this place to anyone — I truly enjoyed my stay.

Stayed at the Marriott in Oak Brook Friday though Sunday wknd of May

My room was clean and comfortable. I loved that it had a refrigerator, plenty of outlets for my electronic devices, and access to Netflix so I could relax and watch a couple of shows. They also had room service, so I was able to order snacks and food right to my room. Honestly, I think this might be my new go-to spot for staycations from now on! The mall is right across the street!

Couldn’t access internet. Tried to report disruptive, noisy guests on our floor but couldn’t reach the front desk.

After looking for WEEKS for a hotel, we decided on this one & we didn’t regret it. It was about a 30 minute drive to the United Center but worth it. It was in a nice area, it had shampoo and conditioner, free parking, & a Starbucks! The rooms were very clean and everyone was so friendly.

Parking is terrible after checkin no spots available .

The elevators were out of order. The toilet and shower are too close together. The hotel stay was not worth the cost. The staff appeared to be friendly but it came off as fake nice. Considering the area, it could be much better.
