    Location. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The experience was disappointing from check-in to check-out and demonstrated extreme cost-cutting throughout. At check-in, I was told parking would cost $10 per day despite my Booking.com reservation clearly stating that parking was included. The receptionist insisted I would be charged anyway, and the issue was only resolved after I involved Booking.com. Housekeeping is only provided every other day and consists of emptying bins and replacing towels. Beds are not made and no real cleaning is done. Although a card in the room states that housekeeping can be requested, I was told daily service was not available when I asked. There also appears to be no management presence, with staff unable to resolve complaints. Breakfast quality was poor. Omelettes and proper metal cutlery were only available Monday to Friday. At weekends, guests are left with paper plates, plastic cutlery, stale fruit, and cheap reheated food. The toaster regularly stopped working; staff admitted they knew about the problem but could do nothing. The room was dated and poorly maintained, with issues such as drawers not closing properly and loose fittings in the bathroom. Security was also lacking, as elevators could be accessed without a room key. To make matters worse, despite the stay being fully prepaid through Booking.com, the hotel charged the card provided for the deposit, forcing me to initiate a chargeback. Overall, this hotel seems focused on reducing costs rather than maintaining standards. Between the housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, security concerns, and billing issues, there are far better options available.

    From the moment we arrived, Lariya and the entire staff were absolutely awesome. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great stay. Their outstanding customer service made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was fabulous, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the breakfast. There were so many delicious options available each morning, making it easy for everyone in our group to find something they enjoyed before heading out for the day. The location was also perfect and convenient to all the places we visited, making our trip even more enjoyable. Between the excellent staff, wonderful accommodations, great breakfast, and ideal location, this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you to Lariya and the entire team for making our stay such a memorable one. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a fantastic experience!

    I did reserved and paid for my stay ! And when I get there the front staff just said we cancel you reservation because we have not rooms ! I told them why didn’t send me a email or call to let me know that they canceled it ! I drive 3 hours away just for this sad

    For the area, the hotel was not very clean, The staff was not welcoming at all. I understand not cleaning daily for multiple stays, however; the used towels should be removed and fresh ones placed in the room. I travel quite frequently for work, and will never stay at a Hyatt House property!

    This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel and it’s the place we’ll continue to stay when we’re in Chicago. Bar, free breakfast, pool, and fitness room (along with snacks and incidentals available in the lobby). Beds are super comfortable and the shower heads and water pressure are fantastic.

    Hotel was pretty nice. Breakfast was good. Staff for us were nice. Pool area was clean not too crowded. My only issue. The mattress had No mattress cover, and we always check for bedbugs and it had a few stains on the side.
