Best Western Plus Midwest Inn

We had yellowish stained blankets on our beds which my wife noticed the moment we walked in the room. The hot tube was nice and so was the pool. It was most for the kiddos which we didn’t mind.

It was the perfect stop while we were in Omaha.

The room was clean.

The hotel was very nice and our room was very spacious. The pool area could use some updates like new paint but other than that everything was very good. Including the breakfast each morning.

Only 1 elevator, and no indoor stairs. Long lines to get to literally the next floor. Everything was wet & dirty (lots of kids running from the pool around the 1st floor). It was fine, esp for the price. But not worth anything more.

My family and I stayed for our last night of a long road trip. It was a short drive from the Omaha Zoo. The pool area could use an update, but it was functional. My son enjoyed the waterslide. There were good options for breakfast. We would stay here again.

Otherwise, everything was great!!

Amazing stay ‘

If you have asthma, allergies or sensitive to strong cleansers, chlorine and perfumes, you shouldn’t stay here. In addition, the night staff were very rude and didn’t have good customer service.

1 broken elevator and 1 that barely functioned. The stairwell smelled like urine. Our room was in desperate need of maintenance. The shower head sprayed water in every direction (my husband had to fix it). Makeup was smeared on bathroom light switches and hair accessories on the floor. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. The lobby smelled good. Parking was terrible..their lot is in need of maintenance badly!

The breakfast was good both days, bedrooms were clean. I didn't like the shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Could afford better quality personal items. They also could have came in and replenish the towels especially if staying for more than one night.

Staff was openly arguing in the breakfast area during breakfast. Lots of staff and other guests smoking cigarettes..etc.. in front of the entrance. Room was decent but needed cleaned around the toilet and lots of cords and extension cords hanging around the tv area that we had to keep our toddler from grabbing the entire stay.

Only complaint was it had 1 elevator going. Otherwise great!

It took over 5 minutes for staff to show up at the front desk to check us in. The pool had chunks of hair and other items just floating around in the water. The bathroom door inside the pool area was completely falling apart. The breakfast area had food all over the counters, but the breakfast attendant was extremely kind.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly especially the staff member preparing breakfast each morning. The pool area was small only because there wer3 so many guests and it could have been slightly cleaner. The room was perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower. Check in and out was very easy and they provided a receipt. I can't stress how friendly the staff was though. Know that there is no room service unless you ask for it. Otherwise trash and linens are to be left out in the hall for pick up. There are gas stations and restaurants close.

Clean room, check in went smooth. Pool was great. Only downside was the elevator not working the best.

Chair at sitting table was filthy.

Very friendly people but the hotel is older and has a lot of wear and tear. Kids loved the pool. It was less expensive than other places around so you get what you pay for. Would return.
