The property was excellent, and the staff was exceptional. Expedia's use of virtual customer service is horrible.

We were there two night for a family funeral. Nice staff, nice room. Would recommend this moderately priced motel.

Note: for those bringing a pet, I would suggest being careful as I found broken glass and trash around the sidewalk. Overall pleased with my stay.

The lobby is clean, upgraded, and smells great, but unfortunately, that’s where the sense of “luxury” ends. The room we received was a king with a jacuzzi, but it looked like they slapped on some paint (poorly) and wallpaper and called it a day. The tile was discolored in the bathroom. It felt like you might get more dirty after using it. We brushed our teeth with bottled water and kept our shoes on when walking around in the room. The bed itself seemed clean, but the room as a whole didn’t match the quality shown in the hotel’s photos. Nothing about the experience justified the premium rate. If this room were priced around $80 per night, that would be a fair reflection of the actual quality. At $400, it was nowhere close to worth it. Unless the rooms receive significant updates and a higher standard of cleanliness, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.. especially not at event‑inflated pricing.

Room was clean. Had some smell but think when it rained the window leaks. Outlets in bathroom didn't work

Staff were super nice. Definitely noticed some repairs needed throughout the hotel. Over all okay

Bathroom mirror was a cheap mirror hung on a nail.... the wall and alot of the paint was worn off of the frame. Breakfast subpar from what we are used to with Choise Hotels. Found trash under the bed. Desk staff was not welcoming.... borderline rude...not one smile...My husband is disabiled...when we parked in a handicapped spot a hotel staff came out and challenged us "You do know this a handicapped spot and we had to show our handicap par tag....so disapointing. Our daughter lives in Omaha...will not

Nice room, parking was easy and breakfast was good

Room was clean but smoking is allowed outside the building.

They also had lots of cameras even of the parking area which was reassuring. We chose a room with a spa tub. It was wonderful. I wish we had more time to use it in the morning before we left but we had to get on the road. The breakfast was good. Scrambled Eggs, sausage patties, cereal, fruit, waffles, and a host of bakery items. There were some tacky things- like a tip jar for breakfast, & a sign about a fine for not returning the luggage carts. However we didn’t have trouble getting a luggage cart!

It worked for our stay. It was a busy time in Omaha and rates were higher it seems than normal. I have previously stayed on some very nice properties for the price paid. We had all that we need and the staff were very helpful.

Breakfast was wonderful and it was an excellent value for the buck on a Memorial Day weekend whenever several hotels were gouging people. The staff were pleasant and friendly. It was also in a very safe part of town. Apparently, there was a lot of marijuana smoke up and down the hallways on our floor and no one was stopping it.

The bed was a queen but felt more like a double (full) size. The shower was for handicap but with the shower head in the middle water went everywhere. The shower was extremely slippery (no nonslip strips). As to the food, the sausage was cold and we had to ask for more syrup. The selections were good cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt but the are seemed unorganized.

The outside was clean. Parking lot was clean and maintained well. The lobby was taken care of, looked pleasant. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were there during severe storm, tornado warnings. The staff was unsure of where to direct guests in case of tornado activity. 6th floor windows leaked rain water, under severe wind .

Clean room ! Staff was very helpful and Peter front desk , was amazing . Very big help and was very friendly . Recommend 100% of the time .

Room was not the best. Very run down. Breakfast was disappointing for the standard fair. Area was sketchy. For $142 expected a better place but maybe that is just Omaha?

No price match despite multiple requests, the non smoking room had cigarette butts in the window and you could smell the smoke in the room- had to switch rooms because of bed bugs-
