Super 8 by Wyndham Omaha I-80 West

This hotel is definitely showing it's age. I immediately had to contact the desk because the TV wouldn't turn on. The staff adjusted the cord in the socket, and that was true with all the sockets. The only socket I could use for charging my phone was in the bathroom. The A/C never seemed to work properly either. I woke up in a sweat with it set at 66 degrees. I would turn ON the fan but it would go off on it's own. A chair in the room looked like it had been purchased at a garage sale and had stains on it. There were no wash cloths in the room, however, the shower worked fine. The only thing nice about the hotel were the helpful staff members. But the building was run down.

The advertising was completely false and misleading. The pictures showed a decent room and there was supposed to be breakfast included. The pictures of the breakfast area showed tables, waffle maker, cereal dispensers, etc. When asked about it, the explanation was that they under new management and the website hadn't been updated. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANSES.

The property was extremely dirty, damaged doors curtains, falling off the windows TV unplugged no cable until I went and plugged it in myself dust an inch deep. It was so bad we went and bought our own sheets and bedding come back and strip the room of all that’s belongings where the bedding is concerned and laid out our own new clean stuff. It would be a place that I will never stay again as soon has slept in my car. We were there for the college World Series just a few days ago will not recommend it and will not ever go back. Not a good experience. Didn’t even offer coffee in the morning. I don’t think I would’ve drank out of their cups anyway this place was extremely dirty.

The second we walked into the room, we immediately saw a cockroach. The lack of cleanliness was next level. My husband used to work on the road all the time and had never experienced something like this before. The pictures didn’t match anything about the room. The water pressure was just a drip. The fridge didn’t work and smelled the second you opened it. Like I said- we’re normally pretty lenient on where we stay, but this was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Staff was nice but there were people in the hallway making noise at all hours of the night, and it was a week night. Just an overall horrible experience.

Blood on sheets and bath tub, tv and a/c not working. Not even the phone to complain to front desk working. Lamps, walls, floor all disgusting. No sense of care nor pride from staff. This place should be removed from Hotels.com registry. Thank goodness they refunded my non refundable room 4 nights planned stay.

The bed wasn't to hard. Everything else. The whole place needs to be remodeled correctly not just patch jobs. They canceled one of my reservation b4 the day was over, without notification. Then proceeded to say they already gave my rooms away. Then to proceed to try and charge me a cancelation fee. Only 1 of the tvs in the 6 rooms worked. 2 of the air conditioners in the 6 rooms worked properly. Cords sticking out where u could trip on. The place had a funny smell. Couldn't get extra pillows, blankets or towels. There was no free breakfast like they said on the site. One door that had card access only didn't work the other one didn't lock at all. They charge a higher price bc of the college world series, which was 3× + over the regular amount. I wouldnt even paid the regular amount for this horrible room. This was one of the worse stays I have ever had.

Staff was nice After driving for two days straight from California we checked in at almost 10pm and had to check out at 3:30am because our neighbor was causing a disturbance. Banging on our wall fighting other occupants slamming the door very loudly etc. nothing was done about the situation. On top of that the room was filthy, I left feeling dirtier than when I got there, which says a lot considering we were on the road for two days.

The property itself is quite dated. The bathroom and shower were clean but far from what I would call "nice". We received a tiny shampoo and 2 small bars of soap. The property has patrons hanging out in the parking lot every time we entered or exited the property. Many were smoking cigarettes and just socializing. Despite this, my stay with my two teen daughters for the College World Series was fine. The young staff members behind the front desk were smiling, helpful and professional. The beds were comfortable. We never felt unsafe. Just be aware it is a place to stay and not a destination hotel. It met our needs and easy access to get downtown in a short drive.

The room was bare and dirty. The room doesn't have lamps. The walls were dirty. The shower and shower curtain was nasty. The toilet kept running. The door has toilet paper stuffed in the peephole. It was NASTY!!!!

We ended checking out immediately after entering our room that smelled like smoke and was filthy. Floor was dirty with garbage still on the floor. Beds also had 5 bugs on sheets in one of the beds.

I do not recommend this property. It was not maintained with dirty sheets and bathrooms.

The room was covered in dog hair, yes I know it was a dog room but at least clean it before you give the room to someone else. Half the outlets didn't work, the freezer was not working

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Location was good, several places to eat. No breakfast, the rooms need touched up, shower heads need cleaned. You can hear your neighbors and feel them walk.

Absolutely nothing They false advertised breakfast. They don't even put coffee out till 6:00 a.m. there were drug deals going on everywhere. The carpet was absolutely disgusting and sticky. They rented out my room late at night one night and somebody tried to get in. It was the worst experience at a motel I have ever had in my life. I would be absolutely ashamed to have this hotel under the Wyndham brand.

Air conditioner did not work, nor did the refrigerator. Fortunately the very sympathetic young woman at the desk assigned us a different room. Fridge and cable in this room also did not work. The entire property smelled generally bad, of disinfectant, mildew and tobacco smoke (even though it was a “nonsmoking property”. Cannot recommend.
