We spent a week here and we were SO COMFORTABLE! The room was so spacious, clean and functional! The front desk staff especially one little lady, who was there every day, were SOOO NICE AND HELPFUL!!! The towels, linens etc were spotless! We will DEFINITELY stay at this property again next year

This was a no frills hotel stay but the staff was friendly and accommodating. My room smelled like wood smoke which was a bit annoying - not sure if it related to the heating & cooling unit? Biggest issue is the old keycard system which was very temperamental and hard to work. Instead of tapping your key to the door you insert it in and out and half the time this had to be repeated over and over again. Other than those issues the room was pleasant and well equipped with a kitchenette.

Clean, quiet, very nice front desk staff. Good parking. Felt safe in the area. A little pricey, but it was a holiday weekend. Would stay again.

Old and worn. Recliner was torn and dirty. Shower was old and stained. Refrigerator was old, loud and dented.

If you advertise amenities, example hot tub, make sure they are working. Deadbolt to room broken, clean carpets in hallways and stairs wells. Paint rooms.

Did not stay at hotel. Check-in and check-out within 5 minutes. Room smelled like heavy smoke and mildew.

Very nice and clean. With comfy beds! Only thing lacking is a pool and breakfast. But it’s a breakfast spot right next to it that’s offers 20% off with key card.

The lobby was unimpressive.

Clean. Very few Handicap parking spots but other parking options were fairly close. Easy drive to the CHI Center. No breakfast but if you have the extra time the Perkins next door will supposedly give you a discount if you provide your room number.

There was always an attendant at the front desk, even in the vert early morning hours.

The staff were very nice and helpful. They had lots of suggestions and recommendations on what to check out.

The whole town of Omaha price gouged in my opinion. Berkshire Hathaway shareholders days we're going on. The price of hotel rooms was just ridiculous.
