The rooms were well kept and welcoming. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was impressive and tasty. Rambunctious teens running through the halls were not so delightful.

Our stay was for 4 nights and it was amazing! Breakfast had plenty of choices and fresh and the free drinks in the evening with snacks was good also!

Only downside was the AC didn’t cool very much at night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and they were always making sure the hotel was clean! The bar staff were very friendly and Jeremiah was the best as he visited with us for quite a while 👍👍 I highly recommend this Embassy Suites and recommend that you use Expedia to book your stay!!!!

Everything in the hotel was great. We really wished there would have been bars in the bathroom to hang up the towels.

The service! Everyone was so nice . The snack hour left something to be desired. The shower curtain wouldnt stay in place so the water would get out, or you would be exposed. And the shower head settings were terrible. Just a normal shower spray would have been acceptable

Had my daughter’s 12th birthday party here and the girls all had a blast. The hotel was clean. The staff was kind and the place was beautiful.

Breakfast was good, very accommodating to the amount of people in hotel for soccer weekend. Overall nice place but certain things need updated in rooms.

The breakfast with the omelette/eggs and pancake station is amazing. The staff worked hard and gave good sized portions.

Secondly, we got a call the next morning telling us we needed to get out of our rooms, because they overbooked in that hotel, and they needed our rooms to be freed up for that night. We are usually very pleased with Embassy, but this was extremely frustrating and not at all the caliber of service we have grown to expect and receive from this chain. We have been Hilton Honors members for years, and this was incredibly disheartening.

The hotel and room itself were nice. However, the pull out sofa bed was tiny and you could feel every spring in the mattress, making for an uncomfortable and restless night sleep, and one person making a bed out of the couch cushions to sleep on instead, which was frustrating, especially considering the high cost to stay there.
