Breakfast was great despite obviously low occupancy while we were there. The low-ish star ratings are because of the age of the property, basically. Everything is outdated, some stuff didn't work or had to be jerry-rigged to get it to work, just everything was pretty outdated - But that's Wyndham's fault, not the staff's. I saw some of the other reviews; Look, if you book a room for $60-$100/night, 1,000ft away from the main freeway in Phx, expect it to be exactly that - a ~$75/night room with free breakfast 1,000ft from a busy freeway. Come on man.

I usually go to Phoenix once a year and I stay here. It’s a good cost and location. Room was nice, I did notice that the outlets were a little worn so plugs didn’t stay easy in some of them. I don’t recall if I had breakfast there, I was just in town for the weekend to see friends .

Tiffany greeted us with a warm welcome when we arrived. She was so helpful and got us in quickly while being so kind and professional The door would slam very loud when it closed. It made us feel uncomfortable if we did not hold the door from slamming. For a place that wants to welcome everyone from all around, having fox "news" on in the lounge for breakfast absolutely disgusted us. Something so divisive and hateful was revolting. You are obviously making a statement by putting that on and forcing people to listen to the TV spew hate Eggs and potatoes only? No sausage or bacon?

Pricing was on point for our needs. Staff were so kind and accommodating. Room was spacious and truly fit our needs. Will definitely go back if in the area.
-
Staff was friendly, room was clean, pool was clean but a bit cold, and I didn't care much for the egg/cheese omelette.
-
We specifically asked for the room to be cleaned between our 2nd and 3rd nights. This was not done.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the beverage access in the lobby and the room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful. Loved the shower. The breakfast. not enough options and the eggs were already gone when i got there at 8. Not that big of an issue.
